In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the total seasonally and working-day adjusted industrial turnover in the Republic of Croatia in January 2021, compared to December 2020, increased by 11.2%, while compared to the same month of the previous year, the total working-day adjusted industrial turnover increased by 1.7%.
The increase in sales income was present in four out of five aggregates of the Main Industrial Groupings (MIGs 2009). The largest increase was recorded in Durable consumer goods (CD), of 6.7%, namely in division 31 Manufacture of furniture. Non-durable consumer goods (CN) increased by 4.0%, Capital goods (BB) by 3.4% and Intermediate goods by 3.2%. A decrease was present only in Energy (AE), of 64.7%.
A decrease of 3.1% was recorded in industrial turnover on the domestic market, while an increase of 3.3% was recorded on the non-domestic market.
The calculation of the MIGs 2009. aggregates was done by grouping of the NKD 2007. activities at the level of groups or divisions within sections B and C (05.1 – 33.2) as follows, using alphabetic marks of abbreviations, was done as follows:

CD Consumer durables: the NKD 2007. divisions and groups: 26.4, 26.7, 27.5, 30.9, 31, 32.1 and 32.2
