In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the total seasonally and working-day adjusted industrial turnover in the Republic of Croatia in February 2021, as compared to January 2021, increased by 2.2%, while the total working-day adjusted industrial turnover decreased by 7.7% compared to February 2020.
The decrease in sales income was present in four out of five aggregates of the Main Industrial Groupings (MIGs 2009). Industrial turnover decreased the most in Energy (AE), by 39.0%, in Capital goods (BB) it decreased by 22.1%, in Intermediate goods (AI) by 2.0% and in Durable consumer goods (CD) by 0.1%. An increase in sales income was recorded only in Non-durable consumer goods (CN), of 0.7%.
If compared by the destination of markets, then, in the same period, industrial turnover decreased by 14.0% on the domestic market, while it increased by 4.5% on the non-domestic market.
The calculation of the MIGs 2009. aggregates was done by grouping of the NKD 2007. activities at the level of groups or divisions within sections B and C (05.1 – 33.2) as follows, using alphabetic marks of abbreviations, was done as follows:

CD Consumer durables: the NKD 2007. divisions and groups: 26.4, 26.7, 27.5, 30.9, 31, 32.1 and 32.2
