PRODUCTION OF VEGETABLES, FRUITS AND GRAPES, 2009 – previous data

 

 

Državni zavod za statistiku prvi put izdaje priopćenje “Proizvodnja povrća, voća i grožđa u 2009.”

 

For the first time, the Central Bureau of Statistics issues the first release titled Production of vegetables, fruits and grapes, 2009.

 

 

 

Prema prethodnim podacima, povećan je ukupan prirod važnijih vrsta povrća, voća i grožđa i to: kupusa bijelog (za 32%), rajčice (za 16%), lubenice (za 26%), paprika (za 4%), jabuka (za 16%), grožđa (za 11%). Smanjen je prirod šljiva (za 21%), mandarina (za 25%) te maslina (za 9%), u odnosu na konačne ostvarene prirode u 2008. Povećani prirodi navedenog povrća, voća i grožđa uzrok su povećanja priroda po hektaru i povećanja zasijanih površina, dok su uzrok smanjenja priroda šljiva, mandarina i maslina loše vremenske prilike.

 

According to previous data, the total yield of important vegetables, fruits and grapes increased as follows: white cabbage by 32%, tomatoes by 16%, watermelon by 26%, red peppers by 4%, apples by 16% and grapes by 11%, while the yield of plums decreased by 21% of mandarins by 25% and of olives by 9%, as compared to the final actual yield realised in 2008. The increase in the yield of the mentioned vegetables, fruits and grapes were caused by the increase in the yield per hectare and in the land sown, while the cause of the decrease in the yield of plums, mandarins and olives is bad weather.

Podaci su rezultat istraživanja:

 

Data are collected via the following surveys:

Izvještajima se prikupljaju podaci o požnjevenim površinama povrća, voća i grožđa koji se iskazuju u hektarima, dok su proizvodnja i prirod po jednom hektaru iskazani u tonama.

 

The Data on harvested areas of vegetables, fruits and grapes are collected on these reports and they are expressed in hectares, while the production and yield per hectare are expressed in tonnes.

 

 

 

Podaci su prikupljeni posebno za poslovne subjekte i njihove dijelove, a posebno za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva. Podaci za poslovne subjekte prikupljaju se izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za statistiku.

 

These data are collected separately for business entities and parts thereof and for private family farms. Data concerning business entities are collected by reporting method and the reports are delivered by mail to the Central Bureau of Statistics.

 

 

 

Podaci za poljoprivredna kućanstva prikupljeni su s pomoću anketara metodom intervjua na odabranome stratificiranom uzorku. Uzorak za poljoprivredna kućanstva izabran je iz osnovnog skupa na bazi Popisa poljoprivrede 2003.

 

Data for private family farms have been collected by using the interview method applied to a selected sample. The sample for private family farms was selected from the basic group according to the 2003 Agricultural Census.

 

 

 

U ovom istraživanju primijenjena je definicija poljoprivrednoga gospodarstva prema europskim kriterijima.

 

In this survey, the definition of an agricultural farm has been applied in accordance with the EU standards.

 

 

 

Na veličinu uzorka utjecala su odobrena sredstva u Državnom proračunu Republike Hrvatske za 2009. i udio poljoprivrednih gospodarstava po županijama. U uzorak je odabrano oko 10 000 kućanstava.

 

The sample size was conditioned by the financial means allocated from the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia for 2009 and the share of agricultural farms by counties. The sample consisted of about 10 000 households.

 

 

 

Za poljoprivredna gospodarstva koja ne zadovoljavaju navedenu definiciju i nisu obuhvaćena osnovnim skupom za izbor uzorka, podaci su procijenjeni prema kretanju pojava u uzorku i dodani su uzorku.

 

The data obtained from the agricultural farms to which the stated definition did not apply and that were not included in the basic group, have been estimated according to changes in the phenomena within a sample and added to the sample data.

 

 

 

Svi ekspandirani podaci uspoređeni su s podacima prijašnjih godina, podacima Popisa poljoprivrede 2003. te raspoloživim administrativnim izvorima (Upisnik poljoprivrednih gospodarstava Ministarstva poljoprivrede, ribarstva i ruralnog razvoja te drugi). Na temelju svih raspoloživih podataka prema potrebi napravljene su korekcije.

 

All expanded data were compared to data from previous years, 2003 Agricultural Census data and available administrative sources (the Address Book of Private Family Farms of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development etc.). On the basis of all available data, corrections were done if necessary.

Izvještajne jedinice jesu poslovni subjekti i dijelovi poslovnih subjekata koji su preuzeti iz Registra poslovnih subjekata, a definirani su područjem A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo  prema Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.). Obuhvat je selektivan. Podaci se prikupljaju izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za statistiku.

 

Reporting units are business entities and parts thereof taken over from the Register of Business Entities, which are defined in section A Agriculture, forestry and fishing according to the National Classification of Activities, 2007 version (NN, Nos 58/07 and 72/07). The coverage is selective. Data are collected on reports that are sent by mail to the Central Bureau of Statistics.

 

 

 

Izvještajne jedinice su i kućanstva koja obavljaju poljoprivrednu proizvodnju, a njihovi podaci prikupljeni su uz pomoć anketara. Poljoprivredna kućanstva izabrana su iz baze podataka Popisa poljoprivrede 2003.

 

Reporting units are also households engaged in agricultural production, for which interviewers collected data. Private family farms have been selected from the 2003 Agricultural Census data base.

Povrtnjaci su površine određene za uzgoj usjeva (pretežno povrća) namijenjenih za potrošnju osobama koje žive u kućanstvu i uglavnom nisu namijenjeni  za prodaju. Samo povremeni višak proizvoda koji dolazi s tih površina prodaje se izvan kućanstva.

 

Kitchen gardens are areas scheduled for growing of crops (mostly vegetables) that are intended for consumption by persons living in a household and that are mainly not intended for sale. Only occasional surplus of products grown on these areas is sold outside the household.

 

 

 

Intenzivni voćnjaci uređeni su s određenim razmakom redova stabala. U njima se može vršiti mehanizirana obrada, a u pravilu su to veći nasadi voćnih stabala (10 ara i više) i bobičastog voća (bez jagoda) namijenjeni uzgoju voća za prodaju.

 

Intensive orchards are cultivated with a specific distance between the trees in which mechanised cultivation can be performed. As a rule, they are larger plantations of fruit trees (of 10 or more ares) or berries (excluding strawberries) intended for fruit growing for sale.

 

 

 

Ekstenzivni (tradicionalni) voćnjaci jesu seoski poluintenzivni ili ekstenzivni voćni nasadi pretežno starih sorti namijenjeni uglavnom za vlastitu potrošnju. Uključena su stabla koja se nalaze u voćnjaku koji je pretežno miješan, i stabla koja se nalaze u dvorištima, na međama, uz puteve i dr.

 

Extensive (traditional) orchards are country semi-intensive or extensive plantations of fruit trees of predominantly old sorts intended mostly for own consumption. Included are trees in (mixed) orchards as well as trees in yards, on boundary lines, by roads, etc.

 

 

 

Proizvodnja je tzv. uskladištena proizvodnja koja se dobije nakon žetve/berbe po odbitku količina izgubljenih prije žetve/berbe, tijekom prijevoza itd.

 

The total production is a so-called stored production obtained after the harvest by deduction of all the losses before the harvest and during the transport and combine harvesting etc.
