NUMBER AND STRUCTURE OF BUSINESS ENTITIES, JUNE 2013

 

 

 

Usporedba broja pravnih osoba u Registru Državnog zavoda za statistiku u odnosu na broj aktivnih pravnih osoba u administrativnim registrima pokazuje da udio aktivnih pravnih osoba iznosi 53,7%.

 

The comparison of the number of legal entities in the Register of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics and active legal entities in administrative registers shows that the share of legal entities was 53.7%.

 

 

 

Kod trgovačkih društava ta je razlika najmanja jer je riječ o subjektima koji su usklađeni prema Zakonu o trgovačkim društvima ili o subjektima koji su novoosnovani u skladu s tim propisom. Njihov udio prema aktivnosti pokazuje da ih oko 12,9% nije aktivno.

 

This difference is the smallest in trade companies, as entities of this kind are either harmonised with or newly created according to the Company Law. It should be noted, though, that about 12.9% of those entities were not active.

 

 

 

Poduzeća i zadruge jesu skupina subjekata s najvećom apsolutnom razlikom, koja se uglavnom odnosi na subjekte koji nisu podnijeli zahtjev za usklađenje sa Zakonom o trgovačkim društvima. Nakon okončanja tog postupka bit će izbrisani iz Registra. Najveći broj aktivnih subjekata u toj skupini (oko 2 000) postupkom usklađenja prijeći će u status trgovačkih društava.

 

Enterprises and co-operatives are entities having the greatest absolute difference, which relates mostly to entities that failed to submit a request for harmonising with the Company Law. After this procedure has been finished, such entities will be deleted from the Register. The majority of active entities in this category (about 2 000) will be transferred to the category of trade companies, through the harmonisation procedure.

 

 

 

U skupini ustanova, tijela, udruga, društava i organizacija, razlika između dvaju podataka nije posljedica neaktivnosti tih subjekata kao u prijašnjim skupinama. Upis u Registar Državnog zavoda za statistiku za tu vrstu subjekata različit je u odnosu na njihovo vođenje u administrativnim registrima, npr. Registar Državnog zavoda za statistiku upisuje pojedinačno svako tijelo jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave. Administrativni registri pri vođenju se rukovode računima preko kojih se odvija poslovanje tih jedinica.

 

Within the category of institutions, bodies, associations and organisations, the difference between two kinds of data is not the consequence of their inactivity as in the two previous categories. The treatment of registration of entities of this kind in the Register of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics differs from registration procedures in other administrative registers. For example, each body of local and regional self-government units is registered individually in the Register of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, while in administrative registers, what is taken into consideration are accounts through which entities run their business.

 

 

 

Podatak o broju subjekata obrta i slobodnih zanimanja odnosi se na broj samostalnih poduzetnika koji zapošljavaju ili ne zapošljavaju zaposlenike i na broj osoba koje obavljaju profesionalnu djelatnost prema evidencijama mirovinskog osiguranja.

 

Data on the number of entities in crafts and trades and free lances relate to the number of self-employed entrepreneurs, with or without employees, as well as persons who are engaged in professional activity, according to the Pension Insurance records.

Podaci o strukturi poslovnih subjekata prema djelatnostima pokazuju da je više od polovine registriranih i aktivnih subjekata zastupljeno u četirima područjima djelatnosti: Trgovina na veliko i na malo; popravak motornih vozila i motocikla, s udjelom registriranih od 29,0% i aktivnih od 23,3%, Prerađivačka industrija, s udjelom registriranih od 8,2% i aktivnih od 9,9%, Stručne, znanstvene i tehničke djelatnosti, s udjelom registriranih od 8,8% i aktivnih od 12,0% te Ostale uslužne djelatnosti, s udjelom registriranih od 15,7% i aktivnih od 10,3%.

 

Data on the structure of business entities by economic activities show that more than a half of both registered and active entities belong to the following four activity sections: Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles, motorcycles with 29.0% of registered and 23.3% of active entities; Manufacturing with 8.2% of registered and 9.9% of active entities; Professional, scientific and technical activities with 8.8% of registered and 12.0% of active entities and Other service activities with 15.7% of registered and 10.3% of active entities.

 

 

 

Udio profitnih subjekata u ukupnim aktivnim poslovnim subjektima iznosi 84,7% i njihova struktura po djelatnostima pokazuje da ih je 73,3% zastupljeno u pet područja djelatnosti prema sljedećem redoslijedu učestalosti: Trgovina na veliko i na malo; popravak motornih vozila i motocikla (27,4%), Stručne, znanstvene i tehničke djelatnosti (14,1%), Prerađivačka industrija (11,7%), Građevinarstvo (12,9%) te Djelatnosti pružanja smještaja te pripreme i usluživanja hrane (7,2%).

 

The share of profit entities in the total active business entities was 84.7%. Their structure by economic activities shows that 73.3% of them belonged to five activity sections in the following order: Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles, motorcycles (27.4%), Professional, scientific and technical activities (14.1%), Manufacturing (11.7%), Construction (12.9%) and Accommodation and food service activities (7.2%).

 

 

 

Udio neprofitnih aktivnih subjekata jest 15,3%. Polovina ih se nalazi u djelatnosti Ostale uslužne djelatnosti. Preostala polovina raspoređena je na djelatnosti Umjetnost, zabava i rekreacija (22,9%), Obrazovanje (10,0%), Djelatnosti zdravstvene zaštite i socijalne skrbi (7,9%) te Javna uprava i obrana; obvezno socijalno osiguranje (5,2%).

 

The share of non-profit active entities was 15.3%. Half of them were classified into the activity section Other service activities, while the remaining half was distributed between Arts, entertainment and recreation (22.9%), Education (10.0%), Human health and social work activities (7.9%) and Public administration and defence; compulsory social security (5.2%).

 

 

 

Struktura po djelatnostima poslovnih subjekata obrta i slobodnih zanimanja bitno je ujednačenija u odnosu na strukturu pravnih osoba. Iako je i ovdje najučestalija djelatnost Trgovina na veliko i na malo; popravak motornih vozila i motocikla, njezin je udio nešto manji od jedne sedmine. Uz Trgovinu još pet djelatnosti pokriva polovinu ukupnih subjekata.

 

The structure of entities in crafts and trades and free lances by economic activities was much more balanced than the structure of legal entities. Although Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles, motorcycles was again the most frequent crafts and free lances activity section, its share was nevertheless slightly lower than one seventh. Besides trade, five other activities covered one half of the total number of entities.

Struktura aktivnih pravnih osoba prema oblicima vlasništva pokazuje da je privatno vlasništvo najčešći oblik. U njemu se nalazi 81,7% subjekata. U državnom vlasništvu je 0,7% subjekata, u mješovitom vlasništvu je 0,9%, subjekata, u zadružnom vlasništvu je 1,4%, subjekata, a za 15,3% pravnih osoba vlasništvo se ne prati.

 

The structure of active legal entities by ownership types shows that the private ownership predominated with 81.7% of entities, 0.7% of entities were owned by the state, 0.9% of them were in the mixed ownership and 1.4% of entities were in co-operative ownership, while the ownership of 15.3% of legal entities was not monitored.

 

 

 

Struktura vlasništva prema djelatnostima pokazuje da su subjekti u privatnom vlasništvu najzastupljeniji u uslužnim djelatnostima, npr. Trgovina na veliko i na malo; popravak motornih vozila i motocikla, s udjelom od 97,6%, Poslovanje nekretninama, s udjelom od 98,5%, te Prijevoz i skladištenje, s udjelom od 95,5%. Približno isti udio tog oblika vlasništva od proizvodnih djelatnosti imaju Građevinarstvo (97,7%), Prerađivačka industrija (94,7%) te Informacije i komunikacije (97,5%).

 

The ownership structure by activities shows that privately owned entities were predominant in services, e.g. Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles, motorcycles had the share of 97.6%, Real estate activities of 98.5% and Transportation and storage of 95.5%. Approximately the same share of private ownership existed in the productive activities such as Construction (97.7%), Manufacturing, (94.7%) and Information and communication (97.5%).

Promatra li se struktura aktivnih pravnih osoba prema broju zaposlenih, uočljivo je da najveći udio (52,7%) imaju subjekti bez zaposlenih, 37,5% je udio subjekata s 1 – 9 zaposlenih, 7,3% je udio subjekata s 10 – 49 zaposlenih, 2,1% je udio srednje velikih subjekata s 50 – 249 zaposlenih, a samo 0,4% su veliki subjekti s više od 250 zaposlenih.

 

By examining the structure of active legal entities according to the number of persons in paid employment, it should be noted that the highest share of 52.7% belonged to entities without persons in employment, followed by 37.5% of entities employing 1 – 9 persons, 7.3% of entities employing 10 – 49 persons and 2.1% of medium-sized entities employing 50 – 249 persons, while entities employing more than 250 persons had the share of only 0.4%.

 

 

 

Također je uočljivo da ravnomjerniju strukturu prema djelatnostima imaju srednje veliki i veliki subjekti u odnosu na male subjekte. Mali subjekti najbrojniji su u djelatnosti Trgovina na veliko i na malo; popravak motornih vozila i motocikla. U toj djelatnosti udio se izrazito smanjuje u odnosu na veličinu subjekata. Srednje veliki subjekti najzastupljeniji su u Prerađivačkoj industriji, s udjelom od 21,6%. U tom je području 57,9% velikih subjekata.

 

It should be noted that, according to economic activities, the structure of medium-sized and large entities was more uniform than that of small ones. The largest part of small entities belonged to the Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles, motorcycles. The share of entities in this activity had been rapidly decreasing in relation to the size of entities. Medium-sized entities were mostly represented in Manufacturing (the share of 21.6%). Moreover, there were 57.9% of large entities recorded in this activity.

U strukturi trgovačkih društava prema pravno ustrojbenim oblicima izrazito prevladava oblik društava s ograničenom odgovornošću, čiji je udio registriranih 93,9% i aktivnih 93,4%. Jednostavno društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću prema brojnosti je drugi oblik. Na njega otpada 4,3% registriranih i 4,9% aktivnih. Svi ostali oblici trgovačkih društava čine preostalih 1,9%.

 

Limited liability companies were markedly predominant in the structure of trade companies by legal organisational forms, with the share of 93.9% of registered and 93.4% of active companies. Simple limited liability companies held the second place by size, with the share of 4.3% of registered and 4.9% of active companies. Other legal forms of trade companies had the share of the remaining 1.9%.

Struktura registriranih neprofitnih pravnih osoba prema vrstama pravno ustrojbenih oblika pokazuje da 96,0% čine udruge, ustanove, udruženja, fondovi i slične organizacije, 3,6% odnosi se na tijela državne vlasti te tijela jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave, a preostalih 0,4% čine neusklađeni subjekti.

 

The structure of registered non-profit legal entities by legal forms shows that associations, institutions, co-operations, funds, etc. had the share of 96.0%, state government bodies and bodies of local and regional self-government units had the share of 3.6% and the remaining 0.4% were not harmonised entities.

 

 

 

Promatra li se aktivnost spomenutih pravnih osoba, uočljivo je da je 33,7% aktivnih. Njihova struktura po djelatnostima pokazuje da su to subjekti iz četiriju područja djelatnosti: Ostale uslužne djelatnosti, s udjelom registriranih od 56,8% i udjelom aktivnih od 30,5%, Javna uprava i obrana; obvezno socijalno osiguranje, s udjelom registriranih od 4,3% i udjelom aktivnih od 40,5%, Djelatnosti zdravstvene zaštite i socijalne skrbi, sa sličnim udjelom registriranih i aktivnih, te Obrazovanje, sa samo 3,9% registriranih, ali s najvećim udjelom aktivnih (86,6%).

 

Considering the activity of the mentioned legal entities, there were 33.7% of active ones. Their structure by activities shows that they were entities belonging to four activity sections: Other service activities with as much as 56.8% of registered and 30.5% of active ones, Public administration and defence; compulsory social security with 4.3% of registered and 40.5% of active ones, Human health and social work activities with the similar share of registered and active entities and Education with only 3.9% of registered ones, but with the largest share of active entities (86.6%).

Podaci o teritorijalnoj raspoređenosti poslovnih subjekata na županijskoj razini pokazuju da je nešto manje od jedne trećine ukupno registriranih poslovnih subjekata (pravnih osoba) smješteno u Gradu Zagrebu. Udio Grada Zagreba za subjekte obrta i slobodnih zanimanja bitno je manji i iznosi 17,9%. Splitsko-dalmatinska županija na drugom je mjestu po brojnosti registriranih pravnih i fizičkih osoba, s udjelom od 11,9%, odnosno 13,3%.

 

Data on the territorial distribution of business entities at the county level show that slightly less than one third of the total number of registered business entities (legal entities) were situated in the City of Zagreb. The City of Zagreb, however, had a significantly lower share in entities in crafts and free lances (17.9%). The County of Split-Dalmatia followed, with the share of 11.9% of legal entities and 13.3% of natural persons.

 

 

 

Tri županije imaju više od 5% udjela registriranih pravnih osoba: Primorsko-goranska (8,1%), Istarska (7,5%) i Zagrebačka (6,3%). Isti je redoslijed tih županija i kod broja fizičkih osoba.

 

Other three counties had a share larger than 5% of registered legal entities: the County of Primorje-Gorski kotar (8.1%), the County of Istria (7.5%) and the County of Zagreb (6.3%). The number of natural persons came in the same order.

 

 

 

Teritorijalna struktura aktivnih trgovačkih društava, poduzeća i zadruga različita je u odnosu na strukturu registriranih. Tako je, npr. udio Grada Zagreba u skupinama ovih subjekata u registriranim subjektima 32,0%, a u aktivnima 33,2%. Udio po brojnosti druge županije, Splitsko-dalmatinske, u aktivnim je subjektima 10,8%, a u registriranima 11,9%.

 

The territorial structure of active trade companies, enterprises and co-operatives was different, as compared to the structure of the registered ones. Hence, the City of Zagreb had the share of 32.0% of registered and 33.2% of active entities, while the share of the second largest county, the County of Split-Dalmatia, was 10.8% of active and 11.9% of registered entities.

Podaci o promjenama registriranih subjekata raspoređeni su u trima skupinama: osnivanje, brisanje i usklađenje. Oni pokazuju da se u naznačenom razdoblju smanjuje broj osnivanja i usklađenja, a povećava broj  brisanja.

 

Data on changes in registered entities are divided into three groups: creations, deletions and harmonisations. They show that the number of creations and harmonisations decreased, while the number of deletions increased in the respective period.

 

 

 

Udio trgovačkih društava u broju novoosnovanih subjekata u promatranom razdoblju iznosi približno četiri petine.

Na temelju Zakona o Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti (NN, br. 98/94.), Odluke o Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti – NKD 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.) i Pravilnika o razvrstavanju poslovnih subjekata prema Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti – NKD 2007. (NN, br. 80/07., 45/09., 16/12. i 8/13.), Državni zavod za statistiku vodi Registar poslovnih subjekata. Registar poslovnih subjekata obuhvaća pravne osobe, tijela državne vlasti, tijela jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave te dijelove tih subjekata. To znači da se u Registar zasad ne upisuju fizičke osobe koje obavljaju djelatnost u skladu s propisima.

 

Based on the Act on the National Classification of Activities (NN, No. 98/94), the Decision on the National Classification of Activities − NKD 2007. (NN, Nos 58/07 and 72/07) and the Regulation on the Classification of Business Entities according to the National Classification of Activities − NKD 2007. (NN, Nos 80/07, 45/09, 16/12 and 8/13), the Croatian Bureau of Statistics keeps the Register of Business Entities. The Register comprises legal entities, state govermment bodies, and bodies of local and regional self-goverment units as well as parts of these entities, which means that natural persons that are engaged in activities according to regulations are not presently included in the Register.

 

 

 

Tehničkom korekcijom u Registru poslovnih subjekata izvšili smo brisanje 29 022 trgovačka društva na temelju članka 70. Zakona o izmjenama i dopunama zakona o sudskom registru (NN, br. 90/11.). Slijedom navedenog broj trgovačkih društava i ukupan broj pravnih osoba u Priopćenju br. 11.1.1/2. manji je u odnosu na broj trgovačkih društava i ukupan broj pravnih osoba u Priopćenju br. 11.1.1/1. Broj i struktura poslovnih subjeka.

 

Upon the technical correction of the Register of Business Entities, 29 022 companies have been erased on the basis of Article 70 of the Act on Amendments of the Court Register Act (NN, No. 90/11). Consequently, the number of companies and the total number of legal entities are lower in the first release No. 11.1.1/2. “Number and Structure of Business Entities” in relation to the number of companies and the total number of legal entities in the first release No. 11.1.1/1. “Number and Structure of Business Entities”.

 

 

 

Upisom u Registar svakom subjektu dodjeljuje se sedmeroznamenkasti matični broj, a dijelu subjekta određuje se redni broj uz matični broj.

 

By registration, each business entity is assigned a seven-digit registration number, while its constituent parts, beside that number, are assigned also an additional four-digit ordinal number.

 

 

 

Svakom subjektu i njegovu dijelu upisanu u Registar dodjeljuje se i šifra djelatnosti prema NKD-u 2007.

 

Moreover, each business entity and its part are assigned an activity code according to the NKD 2007.

 

 

 

NKD 2007. utemeljen je na Statističkoj klasifikaciji ekonomskih djelatnosti u Europskoj zajednici – NACE, Rev. 2, koja je obvezatna za države članice Europske unije.

 

The NKD 2007. is based on the Statistical Classification of Economic Activities in the European Community − NACE, Rev. 2, which is obligatory for the EU Member States.

 

 

 

Subjekti upisani u Registar razvrstavaju se prema djelatnosti koju pretežito obavljaju tako da se prema NKD-u 2007. određuje razred glavne djelatnosti. Kada je za subjekt rješenjem o upisu u Registar kod ovlaštenog tijela ili propisom utvrđeno obavljanje nekoliko djelatnosti, prvo razvrstavanje prema NKD-u 2007. provodi se na prijedlog subjekta upisa. Svako sljedeće razvrstavanje subjekta kojim se mijenja glavna djelatnost provodi se:

 

Registered business entities are classified according to their prevailing activities in such a way that the subclass of the main activity is defined, according to the NKD 2007. When a business entity is, by a decision on registration with the competent authority or by law, appointed a higher class, the first classification according to the NKD 2007. is made upon the proposal of the business entity. Every subsequent classification of the business entity resulting in the change of the main activity is made in the following cases:

 

 

 

1)

na zahtjev subjekta

 

1)

upon the request of the business entity and

2)

prema službenoj dužnosti na temelju promjene rješenja o upisu u Registar kod nadležnog tijela ili promjene propisa, odnosno na temelju podataka iz statističkih istraživanja.

 

2)

upon official duty, based on the change of the decision on registration with the competent authory or change in the law, or based on statistical survey results, respectively.

 

 

 

Djelatnost dijelova subjekata određuje se prema rješenju o upisu u Registar kod ovlaštenog tijela ili prema propisu o osnivanju ili temeljnoj namjeni osnivanja, neovisno o djelatnosti subjekta u čijem su sastavu.

 

The activity of the constituent parts of a business entity is established by the decision on registration with the competent authority or by the law on establishment of the activity of the business entity they make part of.

 

 

 

Upis, prijava, promjena i odjava subjekta prati se dnevnom ažurnošću Registra. Izvori za Registar jesu:

Struktura upisanih subjekata prema pravnom temelju upisa jest sljedeća:

 

Registered entities are structured according to the legal basis as follows:

 

- trgovačka društva, poduzeća, zadruge i ustanove upisani na temelju rješenja registarskog tijela (trgovački sudovi) čine 79,79% upisanih subjekata Registra

 

 

- trade companies, enterprises, co-operatives and institutions are registered in the Register upon the decision of registration bodies (trade courts), making 79.79% of registered entities in the Register

 

- tijela državne vlasti i tijela jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave upisani na temelju zakona s udjelom od 0,88%

 

 

- state government bodies and bodies of local and regional self government units registered in the Register according to the law with a share of 0.88% and

 

- ostali subjekti, npr. udruge, društva i zaklade, upisani na temelju posebnih zakona s udjelom od 19,33%.

 

 

- other entities, such as associations, societies and foundations, which are registered in the Register according to specific laws, with a share of 19.33%.

 

 

 

 

 

Poteškoće u ažuriranju velikog broja jedinica Registra nastaju kao posljedica dugotrajnih prijelaznih razdoblja u kojima registarska tijela usklađuju subjekte prema novoj zakonodavnoj regulativi. Time se odgađa i postupak brisanja subjekata koji nisu podnijeli zahtjev za usklađenje u skladu s novim propisima.

 

Difficulties in updating of significant proportion of units in the register are the consequence of long-term transition periods during which register bodies were harmonising entities according to the new legislation. That postponed the procedure of deleting entities which have not submitted the request for harmonisation with the new regulations.

 

 

 

 

 

Nedostatak u obuhvatu Registra odnosi se na poslovne subjekte koji obavljaju djelatnost obrta i slobodnih zanimanja.

 

A lack in the coverage of the Register is related to legal entities that carry out activities of crafts and free lances.

 

 

 

 

 

Podaci Registra poslovnih subjekata povezani su s pomoću matičnog broja s administrativnim bazama. Time su podaci iz ovog priopćenja postali upotrebljiviji.

 

In order to make available data as useful as possible, the Register data were entities linked, using this seven-digit registration number as a key, with administrative databases. In this way, the usefulness of data in this Release was improved.

Poslovni subjekti jesu pravne osobe i fizičke osobe koje obavljaju djelatnosti u skladu s propisima te tijela državne vlasti i tijela jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave.

 

Business entities are legal entities and natural persons that are engaged in activities according to regulations as well as state government bodies and bodies of local and regional self-government units.

 

 

 

Registrirane pravne osobe jesu jedinice upisane u Registar poslovnih subjekata Državnog zavoda za statistiku. Odnose se na trgovačka društva, poduzeća, ustanove, zadruge, udruge, političke stranke i ostale neusklađene jedinice koje su imale pravni subjektivitet prema zakonima koji su prije vrijedili, tijela državne vlasti i tijela jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave.

 

Registered legal entities are units that are registered in the Register of Business Entities kept by the Croatian Bureau of Statistics. These are: trade companies, enterprises, institutions, co-operatives, associations, political parties and other non-harmonised units which held a legal subjectivity status according to previous laws, as well as state government bodies and bodies of local and regional self goverment bodies.

 

 

 

Aktivne pravne osobe jesu jedinice upisane u Registar poslovnih subjekata, spomenute u prethodnoj definiciji, za koje je status aktivnosti određen prema podacima Registra poreznih obveznika (Godišnja prijava poreza na dobit za 2011.) i podacima Registra godišnjih financijskih izvještaja Fine (Godišnji financijski izvještaj za 2011.). Da bi se dobilo ažurno stanje podataka, tim podacima dodane su sve promjene jedinica Registra poslovnih subjekata (osnivanja, brisanja i promjene) u razdoblju od siječnja 2012. do lipnja 2013. prema postupcima vođenja u Registru poslovnih subjekata.

 

Active legal entities are units that are registered in the Register of Business Entities, as listed in the previous definition, for which the active or non-active status was determined upon data from the register of tax payers (annual tax return for 2011) and data from the Fina’s Register of Annual Financial Reports (annual financial report for 2011). In order to update those data, all changes of registered units have been added to matching data (creating, deleting and updating) over the period from January 2012 to June 2013, according to procedures of keeping the Register of Business Entities.

 

 

 

Fizičke osobe jesu jedinice koje obavljaju djelatnost u skladu s propisima, a odnose se na obrt i raznovrsne oblike slobodnih zanimanja. Podaci o tim jedinicama dani su prema evidencijama aktivnih osiguranika mirovinskog osiguranja.

 

Natural persons are units that carry out activities in line with regulations, and those are crafts and trades and different kinds of free lances. Data on these units are given according to the records of active insured persons in the Pension Fund.

 

 

 

Glavna djelatnost jest djelatnost koja se za subjekte koji ostvaruju dobit proizvodnjom, prometom robe ili pružanjem usluga na tržištu određuje prema najvećem udjelu u ukupnoj dodanoj vrijednosti. Za subjekte koji ne ostvaruju dobit proizvodnjom, prometom robe ili pružanjem usluga na tržištu određuje se prema najvećem udjelu broja zaposlenih, platnoj listi i isplaćenim bruto plaćama.

 

Main activity is an activity established according to the largest share in the total value added in the case of business entities that make profit through production, trade, or rendering of services on the market or by the largest share in the number of persons in employment according to the payroll and gross paid-off salaries in the case of business entities that do not make profit through production, trade and rendering of services on the market.

 

 

 

Matični broj jest stalna oznaka svakog subjekta. Matični broj upotrebljava se u svim statističkim istraživanjima i pri razmjeni podataka sa sudovima, tijelima državne vlasti, tijelima jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave te pravnim osobama koje imaju javne ovlasti. Određuje se postupkom dodjele kontrolnog broja prema modulu 11.

 

Registration number is a permanent identification characteristic of each particular business entity that is used in all statistical surveys and is compulsory in the data exchange with courts, state govermment bodies local and regional self-govermment bodies as well as with legal entities with public authorities. It is determined by the allocation of the control number according to module 11.

 

 

 

Pravno ustrojbeni oblik jest obilježje jedinica Registra poslovnih subjekata određeno zakonom na temelju kojeg je jedinica osnovana (npr. dioničko društvo i društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću prema Zakonu o trgovačkim društvima).

 

Legal organisational form is the characteristic of registered units determined by law upon which the unit was created (e.g. joint-stock companies, limited liability companies, etc. according to the Company Law).

 

 

 

Oblik vlasništva jest obilježje jedinica Registra poslovnih subjekata koje pokazuje vlasničku strukturu jedinice.

 

Kind of ownership is the characteristic of units entered into the Register of Business Entities which indicates the ownership structure of the unit.

 

 

 

Broj zaposlenih upotrebljava se za iskazivanje veličine i strukture pravnih osoba. Dobiven je na temelju godišnjih financijskih izvještaja Fine. Radi dobivanja ažurnog stanja tih podataka danih u tablicama, podaci su usklađeni s redovitim mjesečnim statističkim istraživanjem kojim se prati zaposlenost.

 

Number of persons in employment is the feature used for indicating the size and structure of business entities. It is derived from the Fina’s annual financial reports. In order to update this feature, as indicated in tables, data have been harmonised with regular monthly statistical survey that covers employment.
