Vrijednost otkupa i prodaje
proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u prvom tromjesečju 2014.
iznosila je 2 274 634 449 kuna. Od toga je
vrijednost prodaje iz vlastite proizvodnje poslovnih subjekata iznosila
1 688 572 240 kuna ili 74,2%, dok je vrijednost otkupa od obiteljskih
poljoprivrednih gospodarstava iznosila 586 062 209 kuna ili 25,8%.

In the first
quarter of 2014, the total purchase and sale of products of agriculture,
forestry and fishing amounted to 2 274 634 449 kuna, out of which the sale
from own production of business entities was 1 688 572 240
kuna (74.2%) and the purchase from private family farms was 586 062 209
kuna (25.8%).

U ukupnoj vrijednosti prodaje proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva vrijednost poljoprivrednih proizvoda
sudjeluje sa 73,0%, vrijednost proizvoda šumarstva sa 19,0% i proizvoda
ribarstva sa 8,0%.

sale value of products of agriculture, forestry and fishing, the share of
agricultural products was 73.0%, of forestry products 19.0%% and of fishing
products 8.0%%.

U strukturi vrijednosti otkupa i prodaje proizvoda
poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u prvom tromjesečju 2014. sirovo
kravlje mlijeko sudjeluje s 27,5%, grubo obrađeno drvo s 19,0%, svinje,
žive, s 10,0%, ribe, svježe ili ohlađene, s 7,7%, goveda, živa, sa 7,3%,
perad, živa, sa 6,4%, krumpir s 5,5%, ostalo povrće, svježe, dinje i
lubenice s 3,7%, žitarice s 3,6%, vino s 3,3%, kokošja jaja s 2,5%, ostalo
voće, orasi i slično koštuničavo voće s 1,7%, a ostali proizvodi s 1,8%.

In the first
quarter of 2014, concerning the structure of the total purchase and sale
value of products of agriculture, forestry and fishing, raw cows' milk
contributed with 27.5%, wood in the rough with 19.0%, pigs, live, with
10.0%, fish, fresh or chilled, with 7.7%, cattle, live, with 7.3%, poultry,
live, with 6.4%, potatoes with 5.5%, other vegetables, fresh, melons and
watermelons with 3.7%, cereals with 3.6%, wine with 3.3%, hens’ eggs with
2.5%, other fruits, nuts and similar stone-fruits with 1.7% and other
products with 1.8%.

mjesečno na obrascima PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M.

Data on the sale
and purchase of products of agriculture, forestry and fishing are collected
on the monthly basis through PO-31a/M and
PO-31b/M forms.

Podaci o prodaji proizvoda
šumarstva se preuzimaju od Hrvatskih šuma, a podaci o prodaji proizvoda
ribarstva (ulov – morsko ribarstvo) se preuzimaju iz Ministarstva
poljoprivrede - Uprave ribarstva.

Data on the sale of forestry products are taken
over from the public company Croatian Woods and those on the sale of
fishing products (on maritime catches) from the Ministry of Agriculture –
the Directory of Fisheries.
|

Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni
izvještaji o prodaji i otkupu poljoprivrednih proizvoda (PO-31a/M i
PO-31b/M) jesu pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te obrtnici razvrstani u
područje A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo – odjeljak 01 (osim skupine
01.7 Lov, stupičarenje i uslužne djelatnosti povezane s njima) i ostale
pravne osobe i obrtnici koji proizvode ili otkupljuju poljoprivredne
proizvode te su razvrstani u druge djelatnosti prema NKD-u 2007.

Reporting units, for which monthly reports on sale
and purchase of agricultural products, are submitted (PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M
forms), are legal entities and parts thereof and tradesmen classified into
section A Agriculture, forestry and fishing – division 01 (except for group
01.7 Hunting, trapping and related service activities) as well as other
legal entities and tradesmen engaged in processing and purchasing of
agricultural products, classified in other activities according to the NKD
2007.

Izvještajni obrazac sadržajno je usklađen s
Priručnikom statistike poljoprivrednih cijena EU-a (Handbook for EU
Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008).

contents, the questionnaire has been harmonised with the Handbook for EU
Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008.

The coverage for
sale and purchase of agricultural products is selective. It includes legal
entities employing 10 or more persons and tradesmen employing 5 or more
persons.

Obrazac PO-31a/M istražuje prodaju poljoprivrednih
proizvoda iz vlastite proizvodnje pravnih osoba i njihovih dijelova te
obrtnika.

The PO-31a/M form explores the sale of agricultural products from
own production of legal entities and parts thereof as well as tradesmen.
|
|
|

|
Obrazac PO-31b/M istražuje otkup poljoprivrednih
proizvoda od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava radi daljnje prodaje
ili prerade.

The PO-31b/M
form explores the purchase of agricultural products from family farms aimed
at further sale or processing.
|

Svrha
istraživanja jest prikupljanje podataka o prosječnim proizvođačkim
cijenama poljoprivrednih proizvoda. Napominjemo da zbog selektivnog
obuhvata dobiveni podaci ne čine ukupan otkup i prodaju na teritoriju
Republike Hrvatske.

The purpose of surveys is collecting data on
average producer prices of agricultural products. It should be noted that,
due to the selective coverage, the obtained data do not represent the total
purchase and sale on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
