FIRST QUARTER OF 20141)

 

Vrijednost otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u prvom tromjesečju 2014. iznosila je 2 016 492 974 kuna. Od toga je vrijednost prodaje iz vlastite proizvodnje poslovnih subjekata iznosila 1 565 273 750 kuna ili 77,6%, dok je vrijednost otkupa od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava iznosila 451 219 224 kune ili 22,4%.

 

In the first quarter of 2014, the total purchase and sale of products of agriculture, forestry and fishing amounted to 2 016 492 974 kuna, out of which the sale from own production of business entities was
1 565 273 750 kuna (77.6%) and the purchase from private family farms was 451 219 224 kuna (22.4%).

 

 

 

U ukupnoj vrijednosti prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva vrijednost poljoprivrednih proizvoda sudjeluje sa 69,6%, vrijednost proizvoda šumarstva sa 21,4% i proizvoda ribarstva sa 9,0%.

 

Within the total sale value of products of agriculture, forestry and fishing, the share of agricultural products was 69.6%, of forestry products 21.4% and of fishing products 9.0%.

 

 

 

U strukturi vrijednosti otkupa i prodaje proizvoda poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva u prvom tromjesečju 2014. grubo obrađeno drvo sudjeluje s 21,4%, sirovo kravlje mlijeko s 18,2%, svinje, žive, s 11,3%, ribe, svježe ili ohlađene, s 8,7%, goveda, živa, sa 8,3%, perad, živa, sa 7,3%, krumpir s 6,2%, ostalo povrće, svježe, dinje i lubenice s 4,1%, žitarice s 4,1%, vino s 3,7%, kokošja jaja s 2,8%, ostalo voće, orasi i slično koštuničavo voće s 1,9%, a ostali proizvodi s 2,0%.

 

In the first quarter of 2014, concerning the structure of the total purchase and sale value of products of agriculture, forestry and fishing, wood in the rough contributed with 21.4%, raw cows' milk with 18.2%, pigs, live, with 11.3%, fish, fresh or chilled, with 8.7%, cattle, live, with 8.3%, poultry, live, with 7.3%, potatoes with 6.2%, other vegetables, fresh, melons and watermelons with 4.1%, cereals with 4.1%, wine with 3.7%, hens’ eggs with 2.8%, other fruits, nuts and similar stone-fruits with 1.9% and other products with 2.0%.

Prodaja i otkup poljoprivrednih proizvoda prate se mjesečno na obrascima PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M.

 

Data on the sale and purchase of products of agriculture, forestry and fishing are collected on the monthly basis through PO-31a/M and
PO-31b/M forms.

 

 

 

Podaci o prodaji proizvoda šumarstva se preuzimaju od Hrvatskih šuma, a podaci o prodaji proizvoda ribarstva (ulov – morsko ribarstvo) se preuzimaju iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede - Uprave ribarstva.

 

Data on the sale of forestry products are taken over from the public company Croatian Woods and those on the sale of fishing products (on maritime catches) from the Ministry of Agriculture – the Directory of Fisheries.

 

 

 

Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni izvještaji o prodaji i otkupu poljoprivrednih proizvoda (PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M) jesu pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te obrtnici razvrstani u područje A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo – odjeljak 01 (osim skupine 01.7 Lov, stupičarenje i uslužne djelatnosti povezane s njima) i ostale pravne osobe i obrtnici koji proizvode ili otkupljuju poljoprivredne proizvode te su razvrstani u druge djelatnosti prema NKD-u 2007.

 

Reporting units, for which monthly reports on sale and purchase of agricultural products, are submitted (PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms), are legal entities and parts thereof and tradesmen classified into section A Agriculture, forestry and fishing – division 01 (except for group 01.7 Hunting, trapping and related service activities) as well as other legal entities and tradesmen engaged in processing and purchasing of agricultural products, classified in other activities according to the NKD 2007.

 

 

 

Izvještajni obrazac sadržajno je usklađen s Priručnikom statistike poljoprivrednih cijena EU-a (Handbook for EU Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008).

 

Regarding its contents, the questionnaire has been harmonised with the Handbook for EU Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008.

Coverage

 

 

 

Obuhvat za prodaju i otkup poljoprivrednih proizvoda je selektivan. Uključene su pravne osobe s 10 i više zaposlenih te obrtnici s 5 i više zaposlenih.

 

The coverage for sale and purchase of agricultural products is selective. It includes legal entities employing 10 or more persons and tradesmen employing 5 or more persons.

 

 

 

Obrazac PO-31a/M istražuje prodaju poljoprivrednih proizvoda iz vlastite proizvodnje pravnih osoba i njihovih dijelova te obrtnika.

 

The PO-31a/M form explores the sale of agricultural products from own production of legal entities and parts thereof as well as tradesmen.

 

 

 

Obrazac PO-31b/M istražuje otkup poljoprivrednih proizvoda od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava radi daljnje prodaje ili prerade.

 

The PO-31b/M form explores the purchase of agricultural products from family farms aimed at further sale or processing.

 

 

 

Svrha istraživanja jest prikupljanje podataka o prosječnim proizvođačkim cijenama poljoprivrednih proizvoda. Napominjemo da zbog selektivnog obuhvata dobiveni podaci ne čine ukupan otkup i prodaju na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske.

 

The purpose of surveys is collecting data on average producer prices of agricultural products. It should be noted that, due to the selective coverage, the obtained data do not represent the total purchase and sale on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

The questionnaire contains quantities, values and average prices.

 

 

 

Obrasci PO-31a/M i PO-31b/M obuhvaćaju 144 proizvoda iz biljne i stočne proizvodnje

 

The PO-31a/M and PO-31b/M forms cover 144 products of crop and animal production.

 

 

 

Podaci o prodaji proizvoda šumarstva od 2014. se tromjesečno preuzimaju od Hrvatskih šuma.

 

Since 2014, data on the sale of forestry products have been taken over on the quarterly basis from the public company Croatian Woods.

 

 

 

Podaci o prodaji proizvoda ribarstva od 2014. se tromjesečno preuzimaju od Ministarstva poljoprivrede – Uprave ribarstva (za morski ulov), a podaci o akvakulturi od izvještajnih jedinica.

 

Data on the sale of fishing products have been taken over on the quarterly basis since 2014 from the Ministry of Agriculture – the Directory of Fisheries (on maritime catches) and data on aquaculture from reporting units.

Prosječne proizvođačke cijene jesu cijene u koje su uključeni porezi (osim PDV-a), a subvencije su isključene.

Bilje ponajprije za uporabu u parfimeriji i farmaciji i slične svrhe; uključuje kamilicu, lavandu i ostalo bilje za uporabu u parfimeriji i farmaciji.

 

Plants predominantly for use in perfumery and pharmacy and similar purposes; Included are Camilla, lavender and other plans for use in perfumery and pharmacy.

 

 

 

Uljano sjemenje obuhvaća soju, uljanu repicu i suncokret.

 

Oil seeds include soya beans, rapeseed and sunflower.

 

 

 

Sadni materijal obuhvaća voćne sadnice, cjepove vinove loze i sadnice bobičastog voća.

 

Planting material includes fruit seedlings, vine and berry seedlings.

 

 

 

Podaci za vino i maslinovo ulje odnose se samo na proizvode dobivene od grožđa i maslina iz vlastite proizvodnje.

 

Data on wine and olive oil cover only products made from grapes and olives from own production.

 

 

 

Cijena soje uključuje i soju namijenjenu za sjemensku proizvodnju.

 

Price of soya beans also includes soya beans intended for seed production.

 

 

 

Podaci za konje, magarce, mule i mazge odnose se na konje za klanje.

 

Data on horses, donkeys, mules and hinnies refer to horses for slaughter.

 

 

 

Ostale uzgojene životinje, žive, odnose se na kuniće.

 

Other bred animals, live, refer to rabbits.

 

 

 

Proizvod od uzgojenih životinja odnosi se na prirodni med.
