Situation as on 1 June, 2013

U ovom priopćenju objavljuju se konačni podaci vezani za strukturu poljoprivrednih gospodarstava u 2013., i to za važnije poljoprivredne površine po kategorijama te broj stoke i peradi.	This release presents final data related to the structure of agricultural holdings in 2013, in particular to important agricultural areas by categories and the number of livestock and poultry.
Prema konačnim podacima, u 2013. poljoprivredna gospodarstva u Hrvatskoj koriste se s 1 571 000 ha poljoprivredne površine. Najveći udio u korištenoj poljoprivrednoj površini imaju oranice i vrtovi (56% ili 878 000 ha), a slijede trajni travnjaci (39% ili 618 000 ha) i trajni nasadi (5% ili 73 000 ha).	According to the final data, in 2013, agricultural holdings in the Republic of Croatia used 1 571 000 ha of agricultural land. Among utilised agricultural area, the largest share was that of arable land and gardens (56%, or 878 000 ha), followed by permanent grassland (39%, or 618 000 hectares) and permanent crops (5%, or 73 000 ha).
Prema konačnim podacima, u važnijim kategorijama stoke u usporedbi s 2010. bilježi se pad broja koza (23%), svinja (21%) i goveda (9%).	According to the final data, as compared to 2010, there was the decrease in the number of important livestock categories, goats (23%), pigs (21%) and cattle (9%) in particular.

U Priopćenju 1.1.19. Struktura poljoprivrednih gospodarstava – konačni podaci, od 30. ožujka 2015., došlo je do promjene u prikazivanju podataka zbog naknadno dostavljenih podataka iz administrativnih izvora te provedene Eurostatove validacije.

Stoga molimo korisnike da se koriste tablicama koje ovdje prilažemo.

Izvještajem o strukturi poljoprivrednih gospodarstava (PO-22/STR) prikupljaju se podaci o radnoj snazi, načinu korištenja zemljišta (oranice i vrtovi, trajni nasadi, povrtnjaci, livade i pašnjaci), broju stoke, radnoj snazi, poljoprivrednim strojevima i opremi i dr. Ti podaci prikupljaju se posebno za poslovne subjekte i njihove dijelove, a posebno za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva. Podaci za poslovne subjekte i njihove dijelove prikupljaju se izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za statistiku.			The data on labour force, area of utilised agricultural land by categories (arable land and gardens, permanent crops, kitchen gardens, meadows and pastures), number of livestock, on labour force and on agricultural machinery and equipment are collected on the Report on Structure of Agricultural Holdings (PO-22/STR form). These data are collected separately for business entities and parts thereof and for private family farms. Data concerning business entities and parts thereof are collected by using the reporting method and the reports are delivered by mail to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics.
Podaci za poljoprivredna gospodarstva prikupljeni su uz pomoć anketara metodom intervjua na odabranome stratificiranom uzorku. Uzorak za poljoprivredna gospodarstva izabran je iz Statističkog registra poljoprivrednih gospodarstava. U osnovni skup obuhvaćena su gospodarstva koja raspolažu s više od 0,40 ha poljoprivrednog zemljišta i više od 0,5 stočnih jedinica.			Data for private family farms are collected by using the interview method applied to a selected stratified sample. The sample for private family farms was selected from the Statistical Register of Agricultural Holdings. The sampling frame comprised agricultural holdings with more than 0.40 hectares of utilised agricultural area and more than 0.5 livestock size unit.
Na veličinu uzorka utjecala su odobrena sredstva u Državnom proračunu Republike Hrvatske za 2013. i udio poljoprivrednih gospodarstava po regijama. U uzorak je odabrano oko 20 000 poljoprivrednih gospodarstava. Uzorkom je obuhvaćeno 98% korištene poljoprivredne površine i 98% stočnih jedinica.			The sample size was conditioned by the financial means allocated from the 2013 State Budget of the Republic of Croatia and the share of agricultural farms by statistical regions. The sample consisted of 20 000 agricultural holdings. The sample covered 98% of utilized agricultural area and 98% of livestock size units.
Svi ekspandirani podaci uspoređeni su s podacima prijašnjih godina, podacima Popisa poljoprivrede 2003. te raspoloživim administrativnim izvorima (Upisnik poljoprivrednih gospodarstava pri Agenciji za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju te drugi). Na temelju svih raspoloživih podataka prema potrebi napravljene su korekcije.			All expanded data were compared to data from previous years, the 2003 Agricultural Census data and available administrative sources (the Register of Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development etc.). On the basis of all available data, corrections were done when necessary.
Podaci o površinama i broju stoke odnose se na stanje 1. lipnja 2013.			Data on areas and number of livestock refer to the situation as on 1 June 2013.
Obuhvat i usporedivost			Coverage and comparability
Izvještajne jedinice jesu poslovni subjekti i dijelovi poslovnih subjekata koji su definirani područjem A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo prema NKD-u 2007. Obuhvat je selektivan. Podaci se prikupljaju izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za statistiku.			Reporting units are business entities and parts thereof defined in section A Agriculture, forestry and fishing according to the NKD 2007. The coverage is selective. Data are collected on reports that are submitted to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics by post.
Izvještajne jedinice jesu i obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva koja obavljaju poljoprivrednu proizvodnju, a njihovi podaci prikupljeni su uz pomoć anketara.			Reporting units are also private family farms engaged in agricultural production, for which interviewers collect data.
Definicije			Definitions
Poljoprivredno gospodarstvo jest proizvodno-gospodarska jedinica koja se bavi poljoprivredom, a djeluje kao trgovačko društvo, obrt ili zadruga ako je registrirano za obavljanje poljoprivredne djelatnosti te kao seljačko gospodarstvo ili obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo. Ovim istraživanjem obuhvaćena su sva poljoprivredna gospodarstva koja imaju više od 0,4 ha korištene poljoprivredne površine i više od 0,5 stočnih jedinica.			Agricultural holding is a production management unit engaged in agriculture and operating as a company, craft or cooperative if it is registered for agricultural activities as well as a peasant farm or a private family farm. This survey covers all farms with more than 0.4 hectares of utilised agricultural land and more than 0.5 livestock size units.
Korištena poljoprivredna površina jest ukupna poljoprivredna površina koja je bila korištena u dotičnoj godini. Poljoprivredno zemljište obuhvaća: oranice i vrtove, povrtnjake, livade, pašnjake, rasadnike, voćnjake, vinograde te površine pod košaračkom vrbom.			Utilised agricultural area is the total agricultural area that was used for crop production in a year in question. It covers arable land, kitchen gardens, meadows, pastures, nurseries, orchards, vineyards and land under osier willow.
Oranice i vrtovi jesu zemljišta koja se redovito obrađuju i kultiviraju u sustavu plodoreda. Na oranicama i vrtovima uzgajaju se: žitarice, mahunarke za suho zrno, korjenasti i gomoljasti usjevi, industrijski usjevi, krmno bilje, povrće, cvijeće i ukrasno bilje te sjemenski i sadni materijal.			Arable land refers to the land that is regularly farmed and cultivated and is under crop rotation. The following plants are grown on arable land: cereals, pulses for dry grain, root and tuber crops, industrial crops, fodder crops, vegetables, flowers and horticultural plants as well as seeds and seedlings.
Povrtnjaci su površine određene za uzgoj usjeva (pretežno povrća) namijenjenih za potrošnju osobama koje žive u kućanstvu i uglavnom nisu namijenjeni za prodaju. Samo povremeni višak proizvoda koji dolazi s tih površina prodaje se izvan kućanstva.			Kitchen gardens are areas scheduled for growing of crops (mostly vegetables) that are intended for consumption by persons living in a household and mainly not intended for sale. Only occasional surplus of products grown on these areas is sold outside the household.
Trajni travnjaci jesu površine korištene za ispašu te za pripremu sijena i sjenaže (livade i pašnjaci). Isključeni su:			Permanent grasslands are areas used for grazing, making hay and silage (meadows and pastures). They do not include:
-	travnjaci koji se više ne koriste (nekvalitetni, nepristupačni)		-	grassland not used any more (difficult to access, bad quality);
-	travnjaci zarasli šumskim drvećem, uključeni u šume		-	former grassland overgrown with forest trees, which are included in forests;
-	djelomično zarasli travnjaci uključeni u šumsko zemljište		-	partly overgrown land, which is included in item wooded land not used for agriculture;
-	površine zasijane djetelinom i lucernom uključene u usjeve na oranicama i vrtovima		-	areas sown with clover and lucerne, which are included in arable land;
-	površine zasijane višegodišnjim travama i mješavinama trava te višegodišnjim travno-djetelinskim smjesama uključene u usjeve na oranicama i vrtovima.		-	areas sown with multi-annual grasses, grass mixtures and grass-clover mixtures, which are included in arable land.
Zajedničko zemljište može biti pašnjak ili ostalo korišteno poljoprivredno zemljište na kojem se više gospodarstava zajednički koristi državnim zemljištem za ispašu stoke.			Common land can be a pasture or other utilised agricultural area, which is jointly used as a state land by more than one farm for pasture.
Trajni nasadi uključuju voćnjake, vinograde, maslinike, rasadnike i košaračku vrbu.			Land under permanent crops includes orchards, vineyards, olive groves, nurseries and osier willows.
Perad uključuje brojlere, kokoši, pure, guske, patke te ostalu perad.			Poultry includes broilers, hens, turkeys, geese, ducks and other poultry.
Stočna jedinica jest referentna jedinica koja olakšava agregiranje stoke različitih vrsta i starosti, preko upotrebe specifičnih koeficijenata postavljenih na temelju hranidbenih zahtjeva za pojedinu vrstu stoke.			Livestock unit is a reference unit which facilitates the aggregation of livestock from various species and age, via the use of specific coefficients established initially on the basis of the nutritional or feed requirement of each type of animal.
Godišnja jedinica rada jest referentna jedinica koja izražava opseg rada u godišnjim jedinicama rada (engl. Annual Work Unit – AWU). Jedna godišnja jedinica rada odgovara jednoj osobi koja radi puno radno vrijeme na gospodarstvu i iznosi 1 800 sati.			Annual work unit is a reference unit expressing the extent of work in annual work units (AWU). One annual work unit corresponds to one person working full time for the holding and amounts to 1 800 hours.
Radnici stalno zaposleni na poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu jesu osobe koje su posljednjih 12 mjeseci radile na poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu svaki tjedan, bez obzira na to koliko su sati na tjedan radile, i one koje su zbog određenih razloga radile redovito samo dio toga razdoblja, npr. zbog školovanja, bolesti, nesreće ili smrti, početka ili prestanka radnog odnosa u posljednjih 12 mjeseci ili prestanka rada zbog prirodnih nesreća (poplava, požara i dr.). U zaposlene osobe ne pripadaju sezonski radnici, koji nemaju pogodbe o zaposlenju.			Regularly employed labour force are persons who worked on the weekly basis for the holding during the last 12 months ending on the reference day of the survey, irrespective of the number of hours they worked weekly, and persons who worked regularly during only a part of that time for some reason, e.g. because of education, sickness, disease, accident or death, commencement or termination of employment within the last 12 months or cessation of work due to natural disasters (floods, fires, etc.). Employed persons do not include seasonal workers, who do not have a contract of employment.
