U srpnju 2014. u odnosu na srpanj 2013. u ukupnim kategorijama stoke bilježi se smanjenje kod klanja goveda u broju za 11% i neto težini za 12% te kod klanja svinja u broju za 15% i neto težini za 11%. Povećanje se bilježi kod klanja ovaca u broju za 26% i neto težini za 30%.

 

Concerning the total livestock categories, in July 2014, as compared to July 2013, there was the decrease of 11% in the number and of 12% in the net weight of the slaughtered cattle as well as of 15% in the number and of 11% in the net weight of the slaughtered pigs. The increase was recorded for the slaughtered sheep, 26% in the number and 30% in the net weight.

 

 

 

Kod klanja peradi bilježi se povećanje u neto težini za 9% te smanjenje u broju za 15% u odnosu na isti mjesec prethodne godine.

 

Concerning the slaughtered poultry, there was the increase of 9% in their net weight, while their number decreased by 15%, all compared to the same month of the previous year.

Sources and methods of data collection

 

 

 

Izvještaj o klanju stoke i peradi (obrasci PO-52/M i PO-52/M/OBRT) radi se mjesečno, posebno za pravne osobe, a posebno za obrtnike. Obrasci su usklađeni s metodološkim i pravnim propisima EU-a.

 

The reports on livestock and poultry slaughtering (PO-52/M and
PO-52/M/OBRT forms) are submitted on monthly basis, separately for legal entities and for tradesmen. The forms have been harmonised with methodological and legal regulations of the European Union.

 

 

 

Tim istraživanjem prikupljaju se podaci o broju zaklane stoke po vrstama i kategorijama, njihovoj težini prije klanja (bruto težina), težini obrađenog trupa (neto težina) i podaci o randmanima.

 

This survey collects data on the number of slaughtered livestock by types and categories, their weight before slaughtering (gross weight), the weight of dressed carcass (net weight) and on coefficients of utilisation.

 

 

 

Državni zavod za statistiku preuzima podatke o broju i težini zaklanih goveda, svinja i ovaca od Hrvatske poljoprivredne agencije – Odsjeka za kontrolu ocjenjivanja na liniji klanja, koja je administrativni izvor podataka.

 

The Croatian Bureau of Statistics takes over data on the number and weight of slaughtered cattle, pigs and sheep from the Croatian Agricultural Agency –  the Department for Carcasses Classification Control, which is the administrative data source.

 

 

 

Podaci o broju i težini zaklane peradi i koza prikupljaju se mjesečnim izvještajima za pravne osobe i obrtnike.

 

The data on the number and weight of slaughtered poultry and goats are collected on monthly reports for legal entities and tradesmen.

 

 

 

Upisuje se sva stoka i perad zaklana na području Republike Hrvatske te stoka i perad uvezena iz zemalja EU-a ili izvan nje.

 

All livestock and poultry slaughtered on the territory of the Republic of Croatia as well as those imported from EU and non-EU countries are registered.

U skladu s procesima prilagodbe statistike stočarstva i stočne proizvodnje europskim statističkim standardima, od 1. siječnja 2009. uvedeno je mjesečno prikupljanje podataka o klanju stoke i peradi u klaonicama umjesto dotadašnjega tromjesečnog prikupljanja podataka.

 

In line with the process of harmonising the livestock production statistics with the European standards, monthly data collection on livestock and poultry slaughtered in abattoirs has been introduced since 1 January 2009 instead of the former quarterly data collection.

 

 

 

Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose mjesečni izvještaji o klanju stoke i peradi jesu pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te obrtnici koji se bave djelatnošću klanja stoke i peradi. Adresar za pravne osobe i njihove dijelove (PO-52/M) te obrtnike (PO-52/M/OBRT) preuzet je iz Upisnika odobrenih objekata Ministarstva poljoprivrede, Uprave za veterinarstvo i sigurnost hrane.

 

Reporting units that submit monthly reports on livestock and poultry slaughtering are legal entities, parts thereof and tradesmen engaged in the activity of livestock and poultry slaughtering. The Address Book for Legal Entities and Parts Thereof (PO-52/M form) and that for tradesmen (PO-52/M/OBRT form) was taken over from the Entry Book of Approved Facilities of the Ministry of Agriculture – the Directorate of Veterinary and Food Safety.

Neto težina jest težina očišćenog trupa, zaklane stoke i peradi bez kože, krvi, glave (osim kod odojaka i peradi), utrobe, prednjih nogu do koljena i stražnjih nogu do skočnog zgloba.

 

Net weight is the weight of dressed carcass of slaughtered animals without skin and blood, eviscerated and beheaded (not including piglets and poultry), and after removal of the viscera, fore ends and hind legs with knuckle.

 

 

 

Randman zaklane stoke i peradi jest odnos težine zaklane stoke i peradi (neto težina) i težine žive stoke i peradi (bruto težina), a iskazuje se u postocima s jednom decimalom.

 

Coefficient of utilisation of slaughtered livestock and poultry is a ratio of the weight of the slaughtered cattle and poultry (net weight) and the weight of livestock and live poultry (gross weight), and it is presented in percentage calculated to one decimal place.
