U STUDENOME 2014.

November 2014

 

 

 

Ukupna količina prikupljenoga kravljeg mlijeka u studenome 2014. u odnosu na studeni 2013. manja je za 0,5%, dok se u usporedbi s prosjekom 2013. bilježi smanjenje za 6,6%.

 

In November 2014, the total quantity of cows’ milk collected decreased by 0.5% compared to November 2013 and by 6.6% compared to the 2013 average.

 

 

 

Sadržaj mliječne masti u studenome 2014. u odnosu na studeni 2013. manji je za 1,0%, dok je u odnosu na prosjek 2013. veći za 0,3%. Sadržaj proteina u studenome 2014. u odnosu na studeni 2013. manji je za 0,9%, a u odnosu na prosjek 2013. veći je za 1,5%.

 

In November 2014, the content of milk fats decreased by 1.0% compared to November 2013 and increased by 0.3% compared to the 2013 average. In November 2014, the content of proteins decreased by 0.9% compared to November 2013 and increased by 1.5% compared to the 2013 average.

 

 

 

U studenome 2014. u odnosu na studeni 2013. bilježi se povećanje u proizvodnji vrhnja (za 14,6%), fermentiranih proizvoda (za 4,7%) i sira za (4,4%), a smanjenje u proizvodnji mlijeka za piće (za 6,9%), i maslaca (za 16,6%).

 

In November 2014, as compared to November 2013, the increase was recorded in the production of cream (14.6%), fermented products (4.7%) and cheese (4.4%), while the decrease was recorded in the production of drinking milk (6.9%) and butter (16.6%).

 

 

 

U odnosu na prosjek 2013. smanjenje se bilježi u proizvodnji  mlijeka za piće (za 8,4%), fermentiranih proizvoda (za 8,2%), maslaca (za 12,5%) i sira (za 4,2%), a povećanje u proizvodnji vrhnja (za 5,1%).

 

As compared to the 2013 average, the decrease was recorded in the production of drinking milk (8.4%), fermented products (8.2%), butter (12.5%) and cheese (4.2%), while the increase was recorded in the production of cream (5.1%).

Molimo korisnike da se umjesto priopćenjem 1.1.26/11. Kravlje mlijeko i mliječni proizvodi u studenome 2014. od 12. siječnja 2015. koriste ovim. Ispravak je izvršen zbog podataka koje je naknadno dostavio administrativni izvor.

 

 

 

CORRECTION

 

 

 

Users are kindly asked to use this first release instead of the first release No. 1.1.26/11. Cows’ milk and dairy products, November 2014 of 12 January 2015. The correction was necessary because of the data that were sent with delay by the administrative source.
