PRODUCTION OF VEGETABLES, FRUITS AND GRAPES, 2015 – Previous Data

Prema
prethodnim podacima, u 2015. u odnosu na konačne rezultate u 2014. smanjena
je ukupna proizvodnja važnijih vrsta povrća i voća, i to lubenica (za 38%),
graha za svježe zrno i mahune (za 34%), dinja (za 10%), graška za svježe
zrno i mahune (za 9%), luka i češnjaka (za 4%), oraha (za 51%), mandarinka
(za 45%), višanja (za 45%) i jabuka (za 1%).

According to the previous data in 2015,
as compared to the final results in 2014, the total production of important
vegetables and fruits decreased as follows: watermelons (38%), green beans
(34%), melons (10%), green peas (9%), onion and garlic (4%), walnuts
(51%), mandarins
(45%), sour cherries (45%) and apples (1%).

Povećanje
proizvodnje u 2015. u odnosu na konačne ostvarene prirode u 2014.
zabilježeno je u usjevima rajčice (za 85%) mrkve (za 41%), salate (za 66%),
kupusa bijeloga (za 45%), paprike (za 12%), cikle (za 5%), masline (za
220%), šljiva (za 55%), lješnjaka (za 52%), krušaka (za 22%), trešanja (za
23%), bresaka i nektarina (za 14%) te grožđa (za 13%).

In 2015, an increase was recorded in the
production of the following crops: tomatoes (85%) carrots
(41%), lettuce (66%), white cabbage (45%), red peppers (12%), beetroots (5%), olives (220%), plums (55%),
hazelnuts (52%), pears (22%), sour
cherries (23%), peaches and nectarines (14%) and grapes (13%).

These reports collect data on harvested areas of
vegetables, fruits and grapes expressed in hectares, while the production
and yield per hectare are expressed in tonnes.

Podaci su prikupljeni posebno za poslovne subjekte i
njihove dijelove, a posebno za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva.
Podaci za poslovne subjekte prikupljaju se izvještajima koji se poštom
dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za statistiku.

These
data are collected separately for business entities and parts thereof and
for private family farms. Data concerning business entities are collected
by reporting method and the reports are mailed to the Croatian Bureau of
Statistics.

Podaci
za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva prikupljeni su s pomoću anketara
metodom intervjua na odabranome stratificiranom uzorku. Uzorak za
obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva izabran je iz Statističkog registra
poljoprivrednih gospodarstava.

Data
for private family farms are collected by using the interview method
applied to a selected stratified sample. The sample for private family
farms is selected from the Statistical Register of Agricultural Holdings.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Na
veličinu uzorka utjecala su odobrena sredstva u Državnom proračunu
Republike Hrvatske za 2015. i udio poljoprivrednih gospodarstava po
regijama. U uzorak je odabrano oko 7 000 obiteljskih poljoprivrednih
gospodarstava.
|
|
The sample size was conditioned by the financial
means allocated from the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia for 2015
and the share of agricultural farms by regions. The sample consisted of about
7 000 private family farms.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Svi
ekspandirani podaci uspoređeni su s podacima iz prethodnih godina te
raspoloživim administrativnim izvorima (Upisnik poljoprivrednih
gospodarstava u Agenciji za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom
razvoju te drugi). Na temelju svih raspoloživih podataka prema potrebi
provedene su korekcije.

All expanded data were compared to data from previous
years and available administrative sources (the Farm Register of the Paying
Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development etc.). On the basis
of all available data, corrections were done if necessary.

područjem A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo prema NKD-u 2007. te
ostali poslovni subjekti i njihovi dijelovi koji obavljaju poljoprivrednu
proizvodnju, a razvrstani su drugdje. Obuhvat je selektivan. Podaci se
prikupljaju izvještajima koji se poštom dostavljaju Državnom zavodu za
statistiku.

Reporting units are business entities and parts
thereof defined in section A Agriculture, forestry and fishing according to
the NKD 2007. as well as other business entities and parts thereof engaged
in agricultural production but classified in other activities. The coverage
is selective. Data are collected on reports that mailed to the Croatian
Bureau of Statistics.

Povrtnjaci su
površine određene za uzgoj usjeva (pretežno povrća) namijenjenih za
potrošnju osobama koje žive u kućanstvu i uglavnom nisu namijenjeni za
prodaju. Samo povremeni višak proizvoda koji dolazi s tih površina prodaje
se izvan kućanstva.

Kitchen gardens are areas
scheduled for growing of crops (mostly vegetables) that are intended for
consumption by persons living in a household and that are mainly not
intended for sale. Only occasional surplus of products grown on these areas
is sold outside the household.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Intenzivni
voćnjaci uređeni su s određenim razmakom redova stabala. U
njima se može obavljati mehanizirana obrada. U pravilu su to veći nasadi
voćnih stabala (10 ara i više) i bobičastog voća (bez jagoda) namijenjeni
uzgoju voća za prodaju.

Intensive orchards are
cultivated with a specific distance between the trees in which mechanised
cultivation can be performed. As a rule, they are larger plantations of
fruit trees (of 10 or more ares) or berries (excluding strawberries)
intended for fruit growing for sale.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Extensive (traditional) orchards are
country semi-intensive or extensive plantations of fruit trees of
predominantly old sorts intended mostly for own consumption. Included are
trees in (mixed) orchards as well as trees in yards, on boundary lines, by
roads, etc.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The
total production is a so-called stored production obtained after the
harvest by deduction of all the losses before the harvest and during the
transport and combine harvesting etc.
|

|
|
|
|
Ovaj je
proizvod proizveden uz financijsku pomoć Europske unije. Za sadržaj
dokumenta odgovoran je isključivo Državni zavod za statistiku te se ni pod
kojim uvjetima ne smije smatrati da izražava stajalište Europske unije.
