U ovom priopćenju objavljuju se konačni izvorni indeksi građevinskih radova u 2014.	This release reports on final gross indices of construction works in 2014.
Prema izvornim indeksima, građevinski radovi u 2014. u odnosu na 2013. manji su za 7,3%.	According to the gross indices, in 2014, as compared to 2013, the construction works decreased by 7.3%.

Od 2015. primjenjuje se poboljšana metoda za izračun indeksa građevinskih radova koja uključuje prilagodbu sati rada s faktorom produktivnosti.		Since 2015, the improved method for the calculation of indices of construction works has been applied, which includes the adjustment of working hours with the productivity factor.
Kako se faktor produktivnosti procjenjuje na godišnjoj bazi prema podacima iz prethodne godine, podaci se najprije objavljuju kao prvi rezultati. Nakon izračuna stvarne produktivnosti objavljuju se konačni rezultati.		Due to the fact that the productivity factor is estimated at the annual level according to the data from the previous year, the data are first published as first results. Only after the actual productivity has been calculated, they are published as final results.

U ovom priopćenju objavljeni su konačni rezultati za 2014. prikupljeni izvještajnom metodom s pomoću obrazaca Mjesečni i Tromjesečni izvještaj građevinarstva (GRAĐ-21/M i GRAĐ-21/3M).		This first release contains the final results for 2014 collected by using the reporting method on the Monthly and Quarterly Report on Construction (GRAĐ-21/M and GRAĐ-21/3M forms).
Obuhvat i usporedivost		Coverage and comparability
Mjesečni i Tromjesečni izvještaj građevinarstva prikupljaju se za poslovne subjekte (pravne osobe i obrte) ili njihove dijelove s 20 i više zaposlenih koji su prema Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti, verzija 2007. (NN, br. 58/07.) u Registru poslovnih subjekata, odnosno Obrtnom registru razvrstani u područje F Građevinarstvo. Prosječno se godišnje obuhvaća oko 950 izvještajnih jedinica.		The Monthly and the Quarterly Report on construction are collected from business entities (legal entities and crafts) and parts thereof employing 20 or more persons classified in the Register of Business Entities and the Crafts Register respectively to section F Construction according to the NKD 2007. (NN, No. 58/07). About 950 reporting units are included in the average annual dynamics.
Podaci se odnose na građevinske radove (na novim građevinama, rekonstrukcijama, popravcima i održavanju postojećih građevina) izvršene na području Republike Hrvatske. Razvrstavanje građevina i radova izvršeno je prema Klasifikaciji vrsta građevina, koja je usklađena s klasifikacijom koju propisuje Eurostat (Classifications of Types of Constructions – CC, final version).		Data refer to all construction works (new constructions and reconstructions, maintenance and repair works on existing constructions) done on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Constructions and works are classified according to the Classifications of Types of Constructions – KVG, which is harmonised with appropriate classification prescribed by Eurostat (Classifications of Types of Constructions − CC, final version).
Osvrt na reviziju metode izračunavanja indeksa		Review on index calculation method revision
Do 2015., indeksi obujma građevinskih radova kompilirani su na temelju odrađenih sati radnika na gradilištima, ali nisu prilagođeni s faktorom produktivnosti. U cilju unaprjeđenja razine usklađenosti službene statistike u Republici Hrvatskoj s preporukama Eurostata provedena je prilagodba sati rada s faktorom produktivnosti. Faktor produktivnosti procjenjuje se na godišnjoj bazi iz deflacionirane vrijednosti radova i odrađenih sati rada, posebno za zgrade, a posebno za ostale građevine. Fluktuacija individualnih vrijednosti faktora produktivnosti ublažena je korištenjem eksponencijalnog izglađivanja vremenske serije. Nakon što se izračunaju indeksi za zgrade i za ostale građevine, u drugom se koraku pomoću Laspeyresove formule indeks za građevinarstvo-ukupno dobiva na indirektni način agregiranjem ovih dvaju podindeksa. Ponderi se određuju prema udjelu dodane vrijednosti iz područja F – Građevinarstvo prema troškovima proizvodnih čimbenika iz strukturno-poslovnih statistika u baznoj godini.		Until 2015, the volume indices of construction works were compiled on the basis of hours worked on sites, but they were not adjusted with the productivity factor. In order to improve the level of the harmonisation of the official statistics in the Republic of Croatia with the Eurostat recommendations, the working hours have been adjusted with the productivity factor. The productivity factor is estimated on the annual basis from deflated value of works and working hours done, separately for buildings and for civil engineering works. The fluctuation of individual values of the productivity factor is alleviated by using the exponential smoothing of the time series. After the calculation of indices for buildings and for civil engineering works, the next phase includes the calculation of the index for the total construction indirectly by aggregating these two semi-indices applying the Laspeyres’ formula. Weights are defined according to the share of the value added from section F – Construction taking into account the production factors costs from structural business statistics in a base year.
Zbog prilagodbe serije sati rada s faktorom produktivnosti podaci koji su objavljeni o ovom priopćenju nisu usporedivi s dosad objavljenim podacima u prethodnim priopćenjima i u ostalim publikacijama.		Due to the adjustment of working hours series with the productivity factor, the data issued in this Release are not comparable with the data issued until now in previous releases or in other publications.
Indeksi obujma građevinskih radova u ovom priopćenju prikazuju se kao izvorni indeksi.		The volume indices of construction works are presented in this release as gross indices.
