Priopćenje
Broj i struktura poslovnih subjekata po županijama dopunjeno je 1999.
podacima iz registara i administrativnih evidencija drugih državnih
institucija kao što su Registar poreznih obveznika, Registar godišnjih financijskih
izvještaja Fine i Registar aktivnih osiguranika mirovinskog osiguranja.

The
Release titled Number and structure of business entities, by counties, was
supplemented in 1999 by the data taken over from the registers and
administrative records of other state institutions such as the Register of
Tax Payers, the Fina’s Register of Annual Financial Reports and the
Register of Active Beneficiaries of Pension Insurance.

Sadržaj
Priopćenja promijenjen je radi što boljeg razumijevanja podataka o broju i
strukturi poslovnih subjekata, a povezivanjem je omogućeno da se pravne
osobe iskažu prema aktivnosti i obliku vlasništva te da se podaci o pravnim
osobama dopune podacima o obrtu i slobodnim zanimanjima.

The
content of the Release has been changed in order to achieve as good an
understanding as possible of the data on the number and structure of
business entities, while linking enabled the presentation of legal entities
by activity and type of ownership as well as to supplement the data on
legal entities by the data on crafts and trades and free lances.

Podaci
su iskazani prema teritorijalnom ustroju objavljenom u Zakonu o područjima
županija, gradova i općina u Republici Hrvatskoj (NN, br. 86/06., 125/06.,
16/07., 95/08., 46/10., 145/10., 37/13., 44/13. i 45/13.). Osnovna
Metodološka objašnjenja dana na kraju priopćenja sadržavaju definicije i
napomene važne za korištenje podataka.

The
data are presented according to the territorial constitution published in
the Act on Territories of Counties, Towns and Municipalities in the
Republic of Croatia (NN, Nos 86/06, 125/06, 16/07, 95/08, 46/10, 145/10,
37/13, 44/13 and 45/13). The basic notes on methodology, given at the end
of the Release, include the definitions and notes necessary in using the
data.

registriranih od 15,6% i aktivnih od 11,1%, Građevinarstvo, s udjelom
registriranih od 8,3% i aktivnih od 10,4%, Prerađivačka industrija, s
udjelom registriranih od 8,2% i aktivnih od 9,6%, te Stručne, znanstvene i
tehničke djelatnosti, s udjelom registriranih od 9,0% i aktivnih od 11,9%.

data on legal entities by activities show that registered and active
business entities were present in five activity sections: Wholesale and
retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles with a share
of 28.0% of registered and 22.5% of active ones, Other service activities

pokazuju da je nešto manje od jedne trećine ukupno registriranih poslovnih
subjekata (pravnih osoba) smješteno u Gradu Zagrebu. Udio Grada Zagreba za
subjekte obrta i slobodnih zanimanja bitno je manji i iznosi 17,8%.
Splitsko-dalmatinska županija na drugom je mjestu po brojnosti
registriranih pravnih i fizičkih osoba, s udjelom od 11,7% odnosno 14,3%.

data on the territorial distribution of business entities at the county
level show that a little less than one third of the total number of
registered business entities (legal entities) was located in the City of
Zagreb. The share of the City of Zagreb in crafts and trades and free
lances was significantly lower, 17.8%. The County of Split-Dalmatia held
second place in the number of registered legal entities and natural
persons, with shares of 11.7% and 14.3% respectively.

redoslijed tih županija i kod broja fizičkih osoba.

counties had more than 5% of the share of registered legal entities: the
County of Primorje-Gorski kotar (8.1%), the County of Istria (7.4%) and the
County of Zagreb (6.3%). Those three counties were equally distributed
regarding the number of natural persons.

Teritorijalna
struktura aktivnih trgovačkih društava različita je u odnosu na strukturu
registriranih. Tako je, npr. udio Grada Zagreba u skupinama ovih subjekata
u registriranim subjektima 34,8%, a u aktivnima 34,7%. Udio po brojnosti
druge županije, Splitsko-dalmatinske, u registriranim je subjektima 10,6%,
a u aktivnima 10,7%.

territorial structure of active trade companies differed from the structure
of the registered ones. Hence, the City of Zagreb had a share of 34.8% of
registered and 34.7% of active entities, while the share of the second largest
county, the County of Split-Dalmatia, was 10.6% of registered and 10.7% of

prevladava oblik društava s ograničenom odgovornošću čiji je udio
registriranih 85,6% i aktivnih 84,2%. Jednostavna društva s ograničenom
odgovornošću prema brojnosti su drugi oblik. Na njih otpada 12,7%
registriranih i 14,3% aktivnih. Ostali oblici trgovačkih društava čine
ostalih 1,6%.

liability companies were markedly predominant in the structure of trade
companies by legal organisational forms, with a share of 85.6% of
registered and 84.2% of active ones. Simple limited liability companies
followed, with a share of 12.7% of registered and 14.3% of active ones.
Other legal forms of trade companies constituted the remaining share of 1.6%.

strukturi poduzeća i zadruga udio aktivnih pravnih osoba u odnosu na
registrirane iznosi samo 3,4%. To je zbog toga što ova skupina obuhvaća
pravne osobe koje se nisu uskladile s novim propisima. Iznimka su zadruge
čiji udio u ukupnom broju registriranih iznosi samo 6,3%, dok udio u
ukupnom broju aktivnih iznosi 95,1%.

The share of active legal entities in
the structure of enterprises and
co-operatives was only 3.4% compared to the registered ones. The reason for
this lies in the fact that this group covers legal entities that are still
not harmonised with new regulations. Co-operatives represent an exception,
with a share in the total number of registered legal entities of only 6.3%,
while their share in the total number of active ones was 95.1%.

Struktura
aktivnih pravnih osoba prema oblicima vlasništva pokazuje da je privatno
vlasništvo najčešći oblik. Njime je obuhvaćeno 81,9% subjekata. U državnom
je vlasništvu 0,7% subjekata; u mješovitom vlasništvu 0,8% subjekata, u
zadružnom vlasništvu 1,2% subjekata, a za 15,4% pravnih osoba vlasništvo se
ne prati.

The
structure of active legal entities by ownership types shows that the
private ownership predominated with 81.9% of entities of that type, while
0.7% of entities were owned by the state, 0.8% of them were in a mixed
ownership and 1.2% of entities were in a co-operative ownership, while the
ownership of 15.4% of legal entities was not monitored.

Struktura
vlasništva prema teritorijalnoj raspoređenosti na razini županija pokazuje
da su subjekti u privatnom vlasništvu najzastupljeniji u Istarskoj
županiji, s udjelom od 87,6%, zatim u Gradu Zagrebu, s udjelom od 86,1%, te
u Zagrebačkoj 85,0% i Primorsko-goranskoj županiji, s udjelom od 84,9%.

The
structure of ownership by territorial distribution at the county level
shows that entities in private ownership were predominant in the County of
Istria with a share of 87.6%, followed by the City of Zagreb with a share
of 86.1%, the County of Zagreb with 85.0% and the County of Primorje-Gorski

Na temelju Zakona o Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji
djelatnosti (NN, br. 98/94.), Odluke o Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji
djelatnosti – NKD 2007. (NN, br. 58/07. i 72/07.) i Pravilnika o
razvrstavanju poslovnih subjekata prema Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji
djelatnosti – NKD 2007. (NN, br. 80/07., 45/09., 16/12. i 8/13.) Državni
zavod za statistiku vodi Registar poslovnih subjekata, koji obuhvaća pravne
osobe, tijela državne vlasti, tijela jedinica lokalne i područne
(regionalne) samouprave te dijelove tih subjekata. To znači da se u
Registar zasad ne upisuju fizičke osobe koje obavljaju djelatnosti u skladu
s propisima.

On the
basis of the Law on the National Classification of Economic Activities (NN,
No. 98/94), the Decision on the National Classification of Activities − NKD 2007. (NN, Nos
58/07 and 72/07) and the Regulation on Classification of Business Entities
According to the National Classification of Activities – NKD 2007. (NN, Nos
80/07, 45/09, 16/12 and 8/13), the Croatian Bureau of Statistics keeps the
Register of Business Entities that includes legal entities, government
bodies as well as bodies of local and regional self-government units and
parts thereof. This means that natural persons engaged in activities
according to the law have not been entered in the Register yet.

Tehničkom
korekcijom u Registru poslovnih subjekata izbrisana su 29 022
trgovačka društva na temelju članka 70. Zakona o izmjenama i dopunama
zakona o sudskom registru (NN, br. 90/11.).

Upon
the technical correction of the Register of Business Entities, 29 022
companies have been erased on the basis of Article 70 of the Act on
Amendments of the Court Register Act (NN, No. 90/11).
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
By entering the Register, each business entity is
assigned a seven-digit registration number, while its parts, beside that
number, are assigned an additional ordinal number as well. All business
entities and their parts are also assigned activity code numbers according
to the NKD 2007.

Registered
business entities are units registered in the Register of
Business Entities of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics that refers to trade
companies, enterprises, co-operatives, associations, political parties and
other uncoordinated units that held the status of a legal entity according
to formerly valid laws as well as state government bodies and bodies of
local and regional self-government units.

Aktivne pravne osobe jesu jedinice upisane u Registar poslovnih
subjekata, spomenute u prethodnoj definiciji, za koje je status aktivnosti
određen prema podacima Registra poreznih obveznika (Godišnja prijava poreza
na dobit za 2013.) i podacima Registra godišnjih financijskih izvještaja
Fine (Godišnji financijski izvještaj za 2013.). Da bi se dobilo ažurno
stanje podataka, uparenim podacima dodane su sve promjene jedinica Registra
poslovnih subjekata (osnivanja, brisanja i promjene) u razdoblju od
siječnja 2014. do lipnja 2015. prema postupcima vođenja u Registru
poslovnih subjekata.

Active
legal entities are units registered in the Register of
Business Entities, as mentioned in the previous definition. Their activity
status has been established according to the data taken from the registers
of other state institutions, such as the Register of Tax Payers (the Annual
Registration of Taxes on Profit for 2013) and the data of the Fina’s
Register of Annual Financial Records (the Annual Financial Report for 2013).
In order to get updated data, the matched data were supplemented with all
changes in units of the Register of Business Entities (creations, deletions
and movements) that occurred in the period from January 2014 to June 2015,
according to the procedures used in keeping the Register of Business
Entities.

jesu jedinice koje obavljaju djelatnost u skladu s propisima, a odnose se
na obrt i raznovrsne oblike slobodnih zanimanja. Podaci o tim jedinicama
dani su prema evidencijama aktivnih osiguranika mirovinskog osiguranja.

Natural
persons are units that perform activities in
line with the law and refer to crafts and trades and various types of free
lances. The data on these units are given according to the lists of active
beneficiaries of pension insurance.

Pravno
ustrojbeni oblik jest obilježje jedinica Registra
poslovnih subjekata određeno zakonom na temelju kojeg je jedinica osnovana
(npr. dioničko društvo i društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću prema Zakonu o
