Ovo priopćenje daje
pregled demografskih događaja vezanih za poduzeća1) od 2010. do
2014. – kretanje broja aktivnih poduzeća, rođenih i umrlih poduzeća te
stopu preživjelih poduzeća od 1 do 4 godine od godine rođenja.

This first release gives an overview of demographic events
pertaining to enterprises1) for the period from 2010 to 2014 –
the changes in the numbers of active enterprises, enterprise births and
deaths, as well as the percentage of survived enterprises that survived for
a period from 1 to 4 years from the year of birth.

Poduzeća koja
prati statistika poslovne demografije pripadaju područjima B do S
Nacionalne klasifikacije djelatnosti – NKD 2007 s izuzetkom područja O
Javna uprava i obrana; Obvezno socijalno osiguranje.
|
|
Enterprises monitored by business demography statistics
are classified in the sections B to S of the National Classification of
Activities – NKD 2007. with the exception of section O Public
administration and defence; compulsory social security.

|
Od 2010. do 2014.
vidljiv je konstantan pad broja aktivnih poduzeća, i to najviše u
područjima B Rudarstvo i vađenje, C Prerađivačka industrija, L Poslovanje
nekretninama i F Građevinarstvo. Pad broja poduzeća pratio je i pad broja
zaposlenih u tim granama.

From
2010 to 2014, a constant decrease was recorded in the number of active
enterprises, mostly from sections B Mining and quarrying, C Manufacturing,
L Real estate activities and F Construction. The decrease in the number of
enterprises was also accompanied by a decrease in the number of persons
employed in those sections.

Porast broja
poduzeća može se uočiti u djelatnostima D Opskrba električnom energijom,
plinom, parom i klimatizacija, E Opskrba vodom; uklanjanje otpadnih voda,
gospodarenje otpadom te djelatnosti sanacije okoliša, I Djelatnosti
pružanja smještaja te pripreme i usluživanja hrane, J Informacije i
komunikacije, no taj porast nije u svim djelatnostima pratio i porast broja
zaposlenih što upućuje na restrukturiranje poduzeća u određenim područjima
djelatnosti.

An
increase in the number of enterprises can also be seen in sections D
Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply, E Water supply;
sewerage; waste management and remediation activities, I Accommodation
and food service activities and J Information and communication, but the
increase was not accompanied by an increase in the number of persons
employed in all sections, which might be explained by the restructuring of
enterprises in certain activity sections.

Broj poduzeća u
području Q Djelatnosti zdravstvene zaštite i socijalne skrbi značajno je
porastao u 2012. zbog proširenja obuhvata poduzeća uključivanjem slobodnih
zanimanja u Statistički poslovni registar.

The number of enterprises significantly increased in
2012 in section Q Human health and social work activities because of
an increase in the coverage of enterprises by including free lances in the
Statistical Business Register.

Broj rođenih
poduzeća varirao je tijekom ovog petogodišnjeg razdoblja. U 2011.
zabilježen je znatan pad broja rođenih poduzeća u odnosu na 2010. u većini
područja djelatnosti, a od 2012. do 2013. vidljiv je ponovni rast broja
rođenih poduzeća uz pad 2014. Potrebno je također napomenuti da je u
djelatnostima M Stručne znanstvene i tehničke djelatnosti te u području Q Djelatnosti zdravstvene zaštite i
socijalne skrbi broj rođenih znatno veći zbog uključivanja u obuhvat
slobodnih zanimanja.

The number of enterprise births varied during the
five-year period. In 2011, a significant decrease, compared to 2010, in the
number of enterprise births was recorded for a majority of activities,
while from 2012 to 2013 there was a noticeable increase in the number of
enterprise births followed by a decrease in 2014. It is also necessary to
mention that in sections M Professional, scientific and technical
activities and Q Human health and social work activities, the number of
births was significantly higher due to the fact that free lances were
included in the coverage.

Podaci o
preživljavanju prikazuju stopu preživjelih poduzeća nakon 1 do 4
godine od godine rođenja. Kada se promatra četverogodišnje preživljavanje
rođenih poduzeća u 2010. vidljivo je da najveću stopu preživljavanja
pokazuju poduzeća u područjima C, D i K, a stopa je najniža u područjima R,
L, E i I.

The data on survived enterprises show the percentage
of survived enterprises that survived for a period from one to four years
from the year of birth. When looking at the statistics of four-year
survival rate of enterprises born in 2010, it can be seen that sections C,
D and K have the highest survival rate and sections R, L, E and I the
lowest.

Ako se promatra
trogodišnje preživljavanje poduzeća rođenih u 2010, stopa je najveća u
područjima C, K i L, najviše je poduzeća rođenih u 2011. preživjelo tri
godine u područima Q, P i J.

When looking at the statistics of three-year
survival rate of enterprises born in 2010, sections C, K and L had the
highest survival rate, while for 2011 the highest survival rate was recorded
in sections Q, P and J.

Najniža stopa
trogodišnjeg preživljavanja za rođene u 2010. jest u područjima R, L i I, a
za rođene 2011. u područjima S, D i I.

born in 2010 was recorded in sections R, L and I and in sections S, D and I
for those born in 2011.

isključi utjecaj proširenja obuhvata, procijenjeni broj aktivnih poduzeća u
2012. u području M je 19 488, a procijenjeni broj zaposlenih osoba 72 051.

poduzeća u 2012. u području Q je 1 045, a procijenjeni broj zaposlenih
osoba 8 695.

poslovne demografije poduzeća temelji se na podacima Statističkoga
poslovnog registra (SPR) Državnog zavoda za statistiku.

|
Glavna
jedinica promatranja koja se koristi za statistiku poslovne demografije
jest poduzeće – pravna ili fizička osoba. Svakom poduzeću kao cjelini
dodjeljuje se šifra Nacionalne klasifikacije djelatnosti prema glavnoj
djelatnosti koju obavlja. Glavnu djelatnost utvrđuje i ažurira Statistički
poslovni registar (SPR) Državnog zavoda za statistiku. Kriterij za
određivanje glavne djelatnosti jest najveći udio u ukupnoj dodanoj
vrijednosti poduzeća, odnosno ako se to ne može sa sigurnošću utvrditi,
primjenjuju se zamjenski kriteriji prihoda i/ili broja zaposlenih.

The
main observation unit used for business demography statistics is enterprise
– legal entity or natural person. Each enterprise as a whole is assigned a
code number of its principal activity according to the National
Classification of Activities. The principal activity is determined and
updated by the Statistical Business Register of the Croatian Bureau of
Statistics. The criterion for determining the principal activity is the
largest share in the total value added of an enterprise. If it is not
possible to obtain accurate information on the value added, the activity
classification has to be determined by using substitute criteria such as
income and/or number of persons employed.

Poduzećem u statističkom
smislu smatramo pravne i fizičke osobe koje samostalno obavljaju
gospodarsku djelatnost (obrti i slobodna zanimanja).

Enterprise in
statistical sense includes legal entities and natural persons who perform
economic activity independently (crafts and free lances).
|
|
|
|
|
|
Broj
aktivnih poduzeća jest broj pravnih i fizičkih osoba
registriranih u Statističkome poslovnom registru koje su bile aktivne barem
dio izvještajne godine.

Number
of active enterprises is the number of legal entities
and natural persons registered in the Statistical Business Register that
were active during at least a part of the reference year.

Aktivna
poduzeća bila su ona koja su u izvještajnoj godini ostvarivala promet i/ili
zapošljavala radnike (zaposlene osobe).

Active
enterprises are those that generated turnover or had employment in a
reference year.
|

Broj
zaposlenih osoba jest ukupan broj osoba koje rade u
poduzeću (uključujući vlasnike koji rade, ortake koji redovito rade u
jedinici, neplaćene obiteljske radnike i volontere) i izračunava se kao
godišnji prosjek.

Number
of persons employed is defined as the total number of
persons who work in an enterprise (including working proprietors, partners
working regularly in the unit, unpaid family workers and voluntary
workers), calculated as the annual average.

|
Populacija
poduzeća koja su započela aktivnost (rođenih) obuhvaća poduzeća
koja su započela ekonomsku aktivnost u izvještajnoj godini.

Enterprise
births include enterprises that started an economic
activity in reference year.
|

Rođenja isključuju
događaje kao što su nastanak izdvajanjem dijela poduzeća u novo poduzeće,
nastanak spajanjem ili dijeljenjem postojećih poduzeća te restrukturiranjem
skupine poduzeća.

do not include events such as mergers, break-ups, split-offs or
restructuring of a set of enterprises.

Rođenje poduzeća
nije istovjetno registraciji poduzeća u nadležnom registru, već je
rezultat usporedbe i analize populacija aktivnih poduzeća u tri uzastopne
godine.

Enterprise
birth is not equal to registration of enterprise in competent register. It
is result of the comparison and analysis of populations of active
enterprises in three consecutive years.

|
|
|
|
Populacija
poduzeća koja su prestala s aktivnošću (smrti poduzeća), obuhvaća poduzeća
koja dvije uzastopne godine od posljednje godine aktivnosti nisu bila
ekonomski aktivna. Iz populacije poduzeća koja su prestala s aktivnošću
isključuju se poduzeća koja su prestala poslovati zbog podjele, pripajanja
drugom poduzeću (preuzimanjem) i spajanja s drugim poduzećem u novo
poduzeće.

Population
of dead enterprises covers enterprises that were not
economically active in two consecutive years after the last year of
activity. Deaths exclude enterprises which ceased activity due to a
split-up, take-over or merger.

imalo prekida u aktivnosti nakon godine u kojoj je rođeno.
|

Survived
enterprise is one without discontinuity in its
activity status after the year of birth.
