Orah bilježi najmanju proizvodnju u posljednjih 26 godina

 

The production of walnuts was the smallest in last 26 years

 

 

 

Orah je u 2016. ostvario najmanju proizvodnju, i to gotovo 1 700 tona u usporedbi s 2015. To je ujedno najmanja proizvodnja od 1990.

 

The production of walnuts was the smallest in 2016, almost 1 700 tonnes in comparison with 2015. It is also the smallest productions since 1990.

 

 

 

Smanjena je proizvodnja i ostalog voća i povrća, jabuka za 57 176 tona, rajčice za 9 539 tona, luka i češnjaka za 4 752 tone, šljiva za 3 761 tonu, krušaka za 1 447 tona te breskvi i nektarina za 1 060 tona.

 

The production of other fruits and vegetables have also decreased; production of apples by 57 176 tonnes, of tomatoes by 9 539 tonnes, of onions and garlic by 4 752 tonnes, of plums by 3 761 tonnes, of pears by 1 447 tonnes and of peaches and nectarines by 1 060 tonnes.

The production of strawberries was one of highest in last 26 years

 

 

 

Jagode su u 2016. ostvarile jednu od većih proizvodnji, i to gotovo 810 kilograma u usporedbi s 2015.

 

The production of strawberries in 2016 was one of the highest and amounted to almost 810 kilograms, compared to 2015.

 

 

 

Povećana je i proizvodnja ostalog voća i povrća, mandarinki za 15 656 tona, lubenica za 2 910 tona, maslina za 2 800 tona, paprike za 2 550 tona, mrkve za 2 196 tona, graha za 1 925 tona, višanja za 1 759 tona, dinja za 1 005 tona i poriluka za 319 tona.

 

The production of other fruits and vegetables have also increased; production of mandarins by 15 656 tonnes, of watermelons by 2 910 tonnes, of olives by 2 800 tonnes, of red peppers by 2 550 tonnes, of carrots by 2 196 tonnes, of green beans by 1 925 tonnes, of sour cherries by 1 759 tonnes, of melons by 1 005 tonnes and of leeks by 319 tonnes.

Državni zavod za statistiku proveo je istraživanja o proizvodnji povrća, voća i grožđa na temelju Zakona o službenoj statistici (NN, br. 103/03., 75/09., 59/12. i 12/13.), Uredbe (EU) Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća o statistici usjeva br. 543/2009 od 18. lipnja 2009., delegirane Uredbe Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća (EU) o statistici usjeva br. 1557/2015 od 13. srpnja 2015. te izmjene Uredbe (EZ) br. 543/2009 od 18. lipnja 2009. Podaci su prikupljeni Izvještajem o ostvarenim prirodima ranih usjeva i voća (PO-32), Izvještajem o ostvarenim prirodima kasnih usjeva, voća i grožđa (PO-33) te Izvještajem o prirodima južnog voća i maslina (PO-34).

 

The Croatian Bureau of Statistics conducted surveys on the production of vegetables, fruits and grapes on the basis of The Official Statistics Act (NN, Nos 103/03., 75/09., 59/12.,and 12/13.) and on the basis of Regulation (EU) No. 543/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2009 concerning crop statistics and delegated Regulation  (EU) No. 1557/2015 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2015 Amending Regulation (EU) No. 543/2009 concerning crop statistics (18 June 2009). Data on production of vegetables, fruits and grapes are collected through the Report on Actual Yield of Early Crops and Fruits (PO-32 form), the Report on Actual Yield of Late Crops, Fruits and Grapes (PO-33 form) and the Report on Yield of Citrus Fruits and Olives (PO-34 form).

Izvještajima se prikupljaju podaci o požnjevenim površinama povrća, voća i grožđa koji se iskazuju u hektarima, dok su proizvodnja i prirod po jednom hektaru iskazani u tonama.

 

These reports collect data on harvested areas of vegetables, fruits and grapes expressed in hectares, while the production and yield per hectare are expressed in tonnes.

 

 

 

Podaci su prikupljeni posebno za poslovne subjekte i njihove dijelove, a posebno za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva. Podaci za poslovne subjekte prikupljaju na dva načina: izvještajnom metodom na obrascu i putem internetske aplikacije.

 

These data are collected separately for business entities and parts thereof and for private family farms. Data on business entities are collected in two ways: by using the reporting method on an appropriate form or via a web-based application.

 

 

 

Podaci za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva prikupljeni su s pomoću telefonske ankete i osobnog intervjua uz pomoć prijenosnog računala na odabranome stratificiranom uzorku. Uzorak za poljoprivredna gospodarstva izabran je iz Statističkog registra poljoprivrednih gospodarstava.

 

Data for private family farms were collected by using the telephone interview method applied to a selected stratified sample. The sample for private family farms was selected from the Statistical Register of Agricultural Holdings.

 

 

 

Na veličinu uzorka utjecala su odobrena sredstva u Državnom proračunu Republike Hrvatske za 2016. i udio poljoprivrednih gospodarstava po regijama.

 

The sample size was conditioned by the financial means allocated from the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia for 2016 and the share of agricultural farms by regions.

 

 

 

Ovisno o istraživanju u uzorke je odabrano od 5 000 do 7 000 obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava. Uzorci su stratificirani slučajni uzorci s obzirom na regiju u kojoj se obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo nalazi i s obzirom na veličinu površine pod usjevima.

 

The samples consisted of about 5000 to 7000 private family farms. It is a stratified random sample regarding region in which the private family farm is located and regarding areas under crops.

 

 

 

Svi ekspandirani podaci uspoređeni su s podacima iz prethodnih godina te raspoloživim administrativnim izvorima (Upisnik poljoprivrednih gospodarstava u Agenciji za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju te drugi). Na temelju svih raspoloživih podataka prema potrebi provedene su korekcije.

 

All expanded data were compared to data from previous years and available administrative sources (the Farm Register of the Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development etc.). On the basis of all available data, corrections were done if necessary.

Izvještajne jedinice jesu poslovni subjekti i njihovi dijelovi koji su definirani područjem A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo prema
NKD-u 2007. te ostali poslovni subjekti i njihovi dijelovi koji obavljaju poljoprivrednu proizvodnju, a razvrstani su drugdje.

 

Reporting units are business entities and parts thereof defined in section A Agriculture, forestry and fishing according to the NKD 2007. as well as other business entities and parts thereof engaged in agricultural production but classified in other activities.

 

 

 

Izvještajne jedinice jesu i obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva koja obavljaju poljoprivrednu proizvodnju, a njihovi podaci prikupljeni su s pomoću anketara.

 

Reporting units are also private family farms engaged in agricultural production, for which interviewers collected data.

Povrtnjaci su površine određene za uzgoj usjeva (pretežno povrća) namijenjenih za potrošnju osobama koje žive u kućanstvu i uglavnom nisu namijenjeni za prodaju. Samo povremeni višak proizvoda koji dolazi s tih površina prodaje se izvan kućanstva.

 

Kitchen gardens are areas scheduled for growing of crops (mostly vegetables) that are intended for consumption by persons living in a household and that are mainly not intended for sale. Only occasional surplus of products grown on these areas is sold outside the household.

 

 

 

Intenzivni voćnjaci uređeni su s određenim razmakom redova stabala. U njima se može obavljati mehanizirana obrada. U pravilu su to veći nasadi voćnih stabala (10 ara i više) i bobičastog voća (bez jagoda) namijenjeni uzgoju voća za prodaju.

 

Intensive orchards are cultivated with a specific distance between the trees in which mechanised cultivation can be performed. As a rule, they are larger plantations of fruit trees (of 10 or more ares) or berries (excluding strawberries) intended for fruit growing for sale.

 

 

 

Ekstenzivni (tradicionalni) voćnjaci jesu seoski poluintenzivni ili ekstenzivni voćni nasadi pretežno starih sorti namijenjeni uglavnom za vlastitu potrošnju. Uključena su stabla koja se nalaze u voćnjaku koji je pretežno miješan i stabla koja se nalaze u dvorištima, na međama, uz putove i dr.

 

Extensive (traditional) orchards are country semi-intensive or extensive plantations of fruit trees of predominantly old sorts intended mostly for own consumption. Included are trees in (mixed) orchards as well as trees in yards, on boundary lines, by roads, etc.

 

 

 

Proizvodnja je tzv. uskladištena proizvodnja koja se dobije nakon žetve/berbe po odbitku količina izgubljenih prije žetve/berbe, tijekom prijevoza itd.

 

The total production is a so-called stored production obtained after the harvest by deduction of all the losses before the harvest and during the transport and combine harvesting etc.
