kalendarski prilagođenim indeksima, obujam građevinskih radova u rujnu
2016. u odnosu na rujan 2015. veći je za 2,0%.

Mjesečni
i Tromjesečni izvještaj građevinarstva prikupljaju se za poslovne subjekte
(pravne osobe i obrte) ili njihove dijelove s 20 i više zaposlenih koji su
prema Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti, verzija 2007. (NN, br. 58/07.)
u Registru poslovnih subjekata, odnosno Obrtnom registru razvrstani u
područje F Građevinarstvo. U prosjeku se obuhvaća oko 950 izvještajnih
jedinica na godinu.

The Monthly and the Quarterly Report on
construction are collected from business entities (legal entities and
tradesmen) and parts thereof employing 20 or more persons classified
according to the NKD 2007. (NN, No. 58/07) into section F Construction in the
Register of Business Entities or the Crafts Register. About 950 reporting
units are included in the average annual dynamics.

Podaci
se odnose na građevinske radove (na novim građevinama, rekonstrukcijama,
popravcima i održavanju postojećih građevina) izvršene na području
Republike Hrvatske. Razvrstavanje građevina i radova izvršeno je prema
Klasifikaciji vrsta građevina, koja je usklađena s klasifikacijom koju
propisuje Eurostat (Classification of Types of Constructions – CC, final
version).

Data
refer to all construction works (new constructions and reconstructions,
maintenance and repair works on existing constructions) done on the
territory of the Republic of Croatia. Constructions and works are
classified according to the Classification of Types of Constructions – KVG,
which is harmonised with the appropriate classification prescribed by
Eurostat (Classification of Types of Constructions − CC, final
version).

Metodologija
za istraživanje temelji se na uredbi EU-a o kratkoročnim poslovnim
statistikama, br. 1165/98. (Dodatak B) te njezinim izmjenama i dopunama.

methodology for this survey is based on the Council Regulations Concerning
Short-Term Business Statistics No 1165/98 (Annex B) and its amendments.

|
Indeksi
obujma građevinskih radova temelje se na odrađenim satima radnika na
gradilištima prilagođenih s faktorom produktivnosti. Faktor produktivnosti
procjenjuje se na godišnjoj bazi iz deflacionirane vrijednosti radova i
odrađenih sati rada, posebno za zgrade, a posebno za ostale građevine.
Fluktuacija individualnih vrijednosti faktora produktivnosti ublažena je
korištenjem eksponencijalnog izglađivanja vremenske serije. Nakon što se
izračunaju indeksi za zgrade i za ostale građevine, u drugom se koraku s
pomoću Laspeyresove formule indeks za građevinarstvo ukupno dobiva na
indirektan način agregiranjem tih dvaju podindeksa. Ponderi se određuju
prema udjelu dodane vrijednosti iz područja F Građevinarstvo prema
troškovima proizvodnih čimbenika iz strukturno-poslovnih statistika u
baznoj godini.

The
volume indices of construction works are based on the number of hours
worked on sites adjusted with a productivity factor. The productivity
factor is estimated from a deflated value of works and working hours done
on an annual basis, separately for buildings and for civil engineering
works. The fluctuation of individual values of the productivity factor is
alleviated by using the exponential smoothing of the time series. After the
calculation of indices for buildings and for civil engineering works, the
next phase includes the calculation of the index for total construction
indirectly by aggregating these two semi-indices by applying the Laspeyres’
formula. Weights are defined according to the share of the value added from
section F – Construction, taking into account the production factors’ costs
from structural business statistics in the base year.

Kako se
faktor produktivnosti procjenjuje na godišnjoj bazi prema podacima iz
prethodne godine, podaci će se cijelu izvještajnu godinu objavljivati kao
privremeni rezultati. Nakon izračuna stvarne produktivnosti za izvještajnu
godinu, objavit će se konačni podaci.

Since the productivity factor is estimated at the
annual level on the basis of data from the previous year, data for the
whole reference year will be issued as provisional results. After the
calculation of the actual productivity for the reference year is done,
final results will be issued.

i tumačenje indeksa obujma građevinskih radova usklađeno je sa zahtjevima
Eurostata za prikazivanje kratkoročnih poslovnih pokazatelja te Uredbom
Vijeća (EZ-a) br. 1165/98. i njezinim izmjenama i dopunama.

indices of construction works are in line with Eurostat’s requirements for
the presentation of short-term business indicators and with the Council

Kretanje obujma
građevinskih radova prikazuje se i tumači stopama promjena izračunanih na
temelju sezonski i kalendarski prilagođenih indeksa. Sezonski prilagođeni
indeksi primjenjuju se za mjesečnu usporedbu kretanja obujma građevinskih
radova, a kalendarski prilagođeni indeksi za godišnju usporedbu.

The movements of the volume indices of
construction works are presented and interpreted in relation to growth
rates calculated on the basis of seasonally adjusted and working-day
adjusted indices. Seasonally adjusted indices are used for the monthly
comparison of movements of the volume indices of construction works and
working-day adjusted indices for the annual comparison.

"sezonski i kalendarski prilagođeni indeksi" podrazumijeva se da
su izvorni indeksi prilagođeni za sezonu i kalendarske dane, u skladu sa zahtjevima
Eurostata za kratkoročne poslovne pokazatelje. Podaci koji se uspoređuju s
podacima iz prethodnog mjeseca (tj. mjesečna usporedba) prikazuju se u
sezonski i kalendarski prilagođenu obliku indeksa obujma građevinskih
radova ili iz njih izračunanih stopa rasta.

The
term "seasonally and working-day adjusted indices“ is used to
indicate that gross indices are adjusted for both seasonal and working-day
effects. In line with Eurostat’s requirements for short-term business
indicators, the data that are compared to those of the previous month (that
is, monthly comparison) are presented in a seasonally and working-day adjusted
form of the volume indices of construction works or growth rates calculated
from them.

U skladu s tim u
ovom priopćenju u mjesečnoj usporedbi (tablica 3.) prikazane su i tumače se
mjesečne stope promjena obujma građevinskih radova izračunane iz
sezonski i kalendarski prilagođenih indeksa (usporedba indeksa izvještajnog
mjeseca s indeksima prethodnoga izvještajnog mjeseca).

with the above mentioned, this first release presents and interprets

Pod pojmom
"kalendarski prilagođeni indeksi" podrazumijeva se da su izvorni
indeksi prilagođeni za kalendarske dane u skladu sa zahtjevima Eurostata za
kratkoročne poslovne pokazatelje. Podaci koji se uspoređuju s podacima od
istog mjeseca prethodne godine (tj. godišnja usporedba) prikazuju se u
kalendarski prilagođenu obliku indeksa obujma građevinskih radova ili iz
njih izračunanih stopa rasta.

The term working-day adjusted indices is used to
indicate that gross indices are adjusted only for working-day effects in
line with Eurostat’s requirements for short-term business indicators, while
data compared to those of the same month of the previous year (that is,
annual comparison) are presented in a working-day adjusted form of the
volume indices of construction works or growth rates calculated from them.

su priopćenju u godišnjoj usporedbi (tablica 2.) prikazane i tumače se
godišnje stope promjena obujma građevinskih radova izračunane iz
kalendarski prilagođenih indeksa (usporedba indeksa izvještajnog mjeseca s
indeksima istoga izvještajnog mjeseca prethodne godine).

In line
with the above mentioned, in this first release, year-on-year growth rates
of the volume of construction works calculated on the basis of working-day
adjusted indices are presented and interpreted (comparison between indices
of the reporting month with the indices of the same reporting month of the
previous year) in the annual comparison (table 2.).

Državni zavod za
statistiku promijenio je paket i metodu sezonske prilagodbe vremenskih
serija indeksa obujma građevinskih radova i drugih kratkoročnih
pokazatelja. Do sada se primjenjivala metoda TRAMO-SEATS u programskom
paketu Demetra (verzija 2.2.). Od siječnja 2016. primjenjuje se nova metoda
X13 ARIMA u novom programskom paketu JDemetra+ (verzija 2.0.0. ili novije
verzije nakon što budu službeno dostupne). Zbog toga je nastala promjena
već objavljenih sezonski i kalendarski prilagođenih vrijednosti i
pripadajućih stopa promjena na cijelim vremenskim serijama.

The
Croatian Bureau of Statistics has changed the package and the method of
seasonal adjustment of the volume indices of construction
works time series and other short-term indicators. Up until now, the
TRAMO-SEATS method was used in the Demetra (version 2.2.) package. Since
January 2016, the new X13 ARIMA method in the new JDemetra+ (version 2.0.0.
or newer version after they have been officially available) package has
been used. Due to this, there was a change in the already published
seasonal and working-day adjusted values and corresponding change rates on
whole time series.

vremenske serije sezonski i kalendarski prilagođenih vrijednosti
raspoložive su za razdoblje od siječnja 2000. u Excel-formatu na stranicama
DZS-a pod poveznicom Statistika u nizu.

time series of the seasonal and working-day adjusted values are available
for the period from January 2000 to present day in the Excel format at the
web site of the Croatian Bureau of Statistics under the link
"Statistics in Line".
