Mandarinke su u
2017., u usporedbi s 2016., ostvarile najmanju proizvodnju, i to za gotovo 33
400 tona. To je ujedno najmanja proizvodnja od 2006. Uzrok su smanjenoj
proizvodnji mandarinki loše vremenske prilike (mraz i suša).

The production of mandarins was the
lowest in 2017 as compared to 2016, by almost 33 400 tonnes. It is also the
lowest production since 2006. The decrease in the production of mandarins is due to
bad weather conditions (frost and drought).
|

|
Smanjena je
proizvodnja i ostaloga voća i povrća, luka i češnjaka, za 7 536 tona,
mrkve, za 4 549 tona, kupusa bijelog, za 2 404 tone, maslina, za 2 288
tona, šljiva, za 1 214 tona, kruški, za 1 172 tone, te cvjetače i brokule,
za 1 042 tone.

The production of other fruits and
vegetables also decreased. The production of onions and garlic decreased by
7 536 tonnes, of carrots by 4 549 tonnes, of cabbage, white, by 2 404
tonnes, of olives by 2 288 tonnes, of plums by 1 214 tonnes, of
pears by 1 172 tonnes and of cauliflower and broccoli by 1 042 tonnes.

Povećana je
proizvodnja i ostaloga voća i povrća, rajčice, za 10 516 tona,
bresaka i nektarina, za 2 586 tona, krastavca i kornišona, za 2 775
tona, višnji, za 943 tone, graška, za 840 tona, dinje, za 664 tone, salate,
za 309 tona i oraha, za 205 tona.

The production of other fruits and
vegetables also increased. The production of tomatoes increased by 10 516
tonnes, of peaches and nectarines by 2 586 tonnes, of cucumbers and
gherkins by 2 775 tonnes, of sour cherries by 943 tonnes, of
green peas by 840 tonnes, of melons by 664 tonnes, of lettuce by 309 tonnes
and of walnuts by 205 tonnes.

Državni
zavod za statistiku proveo je istraživanja o proizvodnji povrća, voća i
grožđa na temelju Zakona o službenoj statistici (NN, br. 103/03., 75/09.,
59/12. i 12/13.), Uredbe (EU) Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća o statistici
usjeva br. 543/2009 od 18. lipnja 2009., delegirane Uredbe Europskog
parlamenta i Vijeća (EU) o statistici usjeva br. 1557/2015 od 13. srpnja
2015. te izmjene Uredbe (EZ) br. 543/2009 od 18. lipnja 2009. Podaci su
prikupljeni Izvještajem o ostvarenim prirodima ranih usjeva i voća (PO-32),
Izvještajem o ostvarenim prirodima kasnih usjeva, voća i grožđa (PO-33) te
Izvještajem o prirodima južnog voća i maslina (PO-34).

The
Croatian Bureau of Statistics conducted surveys on the production of
vegetables, fruits and grapes on the basis of The Official Statistics Act
(NN, Nos 103/03., 75/09., 59/12.,and 12/13.) and on the basis of Regulation
(EU) No. 543/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June
2009 concerning crop statistics and delegated Regulation (EU) No.
1557/2015 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2015
Amending Regulation (EU) No. 543/2009 concerning crop statistics (18 June
2009). Data on production of vegetables, fruits and grapes are collected
through the Report on Actual Yield of Early Crops and Fruits (PO-32 form),
the Report on Actual Yield of Late Crops, Fruits and Grapes (PO-33 form)
and the Report on Yield of Citrus Fruits and Olives (PO-34 form).

These reports collect data on harvested areas of
vegetables, fruits and grapes expressed in hectares, while the production
and yield per hectare are expressed in tonnes.

Podaci
su prikupljeni posebno za poslovne subjekte i njihove dijelove, a posebno
za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva. Podaci za poslovne subjekte
prikupljaju na dva načina: izvještajnom metodom na obrascu i putem
internetske aplikacije.

These
data are collected separately for business entities and parts thereof and
for private family farms. Data on business entities are collected in two
ways: by using the reporting method on an appropriate form or via a
web-based application.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Podaci za
obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva prikupljeni su s pomoću telefonske
ankete i osobnog intervjua uz pomoć prijenosnog računala na odabranome
stratificiranom uzorku. Uzorak za poljoprivredna gospodarstva izabran je iz
Statističkog registra poljoprivrednih gospodarstava.

Data
for private family farms were collected by using the telephone interview
method applied to a selected stratified sample. The sample for private
family farms was selected from the Statistical Register of Agricultural
Holdings.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Na veličinu uzorka
utjecala su odobrena sredstva u Državnom proračunu Republike Hrvatske za
2017. i udio poljoprivrednih gospodarstava po regijama.
|
|
The sample size was conditioned by the financial
means allocated from the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia for 2017
and the share of agricultural farms by regions.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Ovisno o
istraživanju u uzorke je odabrano od 5 000 do 7 000 obiteljskih
poljoprivrednih gospodarstava. Uzorci su stratificirani slučajni uzorci s
obzirom na regiju u kojoj se obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo nalazi
i s obzirom na veličinu površine pod usjevima.

The samples consisted of about 5000 to 7000 private
family farms. It is a stratified
random sample regarding region in which the private family farm is located
and regarding areas under crops.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Svi ekspandirani
podaci uspoređeni su s podacima iz prethodnih godina te raspoloživim
administrativnim izvorima (Upisnik poljoprivrednih gospodarstava u Agenciji
za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju te drugi). Na
temelju svih raspoloživih podataka prema potrebi provedene su korekcije.

All expanded data were compared to data from previous
years and available administrative sources (the Farm Register of the Paying
Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development etc.). On the basis
of all available data, corrections were done if necessary.

in agricultural production but classified in other activities.

Povrtnjaci su površine
određene za uzgoj usjeva (pretežno povrća) namijenjenih za potrošnju
osobama koje žive u kućanstvu i uglavnom nisu namijenjeni za prodaju. Samo
povremeni višak proizvoda koji dolazi s tih površina prodaje se izvan
kućanstva.

Kitchen gardens are areas
scheduled for growing of crops (mostly vegetables) that are intended for
consumption by persons living in a household and that are mainly not
intended for sale. Only occasional surplus of products grown on these areas
is sold outside the household.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Intenzivni
voćnjaci
uređeni su s određenim razmakom redova stabala. U njima se može obavljati
mehanizirana obrada. U pravilu su to veći nasadi voćnih stabala (10 ara i
više) i bobičastog voća (bez jagoda) namijenjeni uzgoju voća za prodaju.

Intensive orchards are
cultivated with a specific distance between the trees in which mechanised
cultivation can be performed. As a rule, they are larger plantations of
fruit trees (of 10 or more ares) or berries (excluding strawberries)
intended for fruit growing for sale.

|
|
|
|
|
Extensive (traditional) orchards are
country semi-intensive or extensive plantations of fruit trees of
predominantly old sorts intended mostly for own consumption. Included are
trees in (mixed) orchards as well as trees in yards, on boundary lines, by
roads, etc.

|
|
|
The
total production is a so-called stored production obtained after the
harvest by deduction of all the losses before the harvest and during the
transport and combine harvesting etc.
