Broj ukupno
registriranih cestovnih vozila u Republici Hrvatskoj u 2016. iznosio je 2
035 350, što je za 3,5% više u odnosu na 2015. Broj prvi put registriranih
vozila iznosio je 126 999 te pokazuje porast od 29,2% u odnosu na 2015.

total number of registered road vehicles in the Republic of Croatia
amounted in 2016 to 2 035 350, which was by 3.5% more than in 2015. The
number of first registrations of road vehicles amounted to 126 999, which
was by 29.2% more than in 2015.

Broj
registriranih osobnih vozila u 2016. iznosio je 1 552 904, što je u
usporedbi s 2015., kada je broj registriranih osobnih vozila iznosio
1 499 802, porast za 3,5%.

total number of registered passenger cars amounted in 2016 to 1 552
904, which was an increase of 3.5% compared to 2015, when the number of
registered passenger cars amounted to 1 499 802.

prvi put registriranih osobnih vozila u 2016. porastao je za 30,0% u odnosu
na 2015. te iznosi 96 455.

number of first registrations of passenger cars amounted in 2016 to 96 455,
which was an increase of 30.0% compared to 2015.

U 2016.
u Republici Hrvatskoj zabilježeno je 10 779 cestovnih prometnih
nesreća s nastradalim osobama, što je za 2,3% manje nego u 2015.

In
2016, there were 10 779 road traffic accidents with casualties
recorded in the Republic of Croatia, which was by 2.3% less than in 2015.

Broj
poginulih osoba u cestovnim prometnim nesrećama u 2016. iznosio je 307 i
pokazuje pad od 11,8%, a broj ozlijeđenih osoba iznosio je 14 596, što
pokazuje pad od 2,8% u odnosu na 2015.

There
were 307 persons killed in road traffic accidents in 2016, which was a
decrease of 11.8%, and 14 596 persons injured, which was a decrease of
2.8%, all compared to 2015.

vehicles registered for the first time include brand new vehicles as well
as second-hand vehicles registered in the Republic of Croatia.

|
Podaci
o broju poginulih i ozlijeđenih osoba u prometnim nesrećama obuhvaćaju sve
sudionike prometnih nesreća na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske bez obzira na
državljanstvo. Osobom poginulom u prometnoj nesreći smatra se svaka osoba
smrtno stradala na mjestu nesreće i umrla unutar 30 dana od posljedica
nesreće na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske, bez obzira na državljanstvo.

killed and injured persons in traffic accidents cover all participants of
traffic accidents on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, irrespective
of their citizenship. A person killed in a traffic accident is any person
killed on the spot or died on the territory of the Republic of Croatia within
30 days from effects of a traffic accident, irrespective of citizenship.
