Rajčice su u
2018., u usporedbi s 2017., ostvarile najmanju proizvodnju, i to za gotovo
10 400 tona.

The production of tomatoes was the
lowest in 2018 as compared to 2017, by almost 10 400 tonnes.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Smanjena je i
proizvodnja ostalog povrća: krastavca i kornišona, za 4 022 tone,
mrkve, za 1 967 tona, paprike, za 1 249 tona, graška za svježe zrno i
mahuna, za 822 tone, te ostalog voća: bresaka i nektarina, za 3 936 tona,
marelica, za 594 tone, te jagoda, za 535 tona.

The production of other vegetables also
decreased: cucumbers and gherkins by 4 022 tonnes, carrots by 1 967 tonnes,
red peppers, capsicum, by 1 249 tonnes and green peas by 822 tonnes, as
well as of other fruits: peaches and nectarines by 3 936 tonnes, apricots
by 594 tonnes and strawberries by 535 tonnes.

tona.

Povećana je i
proizvodnja ostalog voća: jabuka, za 35 906 tona, lubenica, za 7 582 tone,
šljiva, za 6 369 tona, krušaka, za 813 tona, dinja, za 570 tona, i
lješnjaka, za 172 tone te ostalog povrća: luka i češnjaka, za 6 551 tonu,
kupusa bijelog i crvenog, za 4 294 tone, i salate, za 2 103 tone.

The production of other fruits also
increased: apples by 35 906 tonnes, watermelons by 7 582 tonnes, plums by 6
369 tonnes, pears by 813 tonnes, melons by 570 tonnes and hazelnuts by
172 tonnes, as well as of other vegetables: onions and garlic by 6 551

Državni
zavod za statistiku proveo je istraživanja o proizvodnji povrća, voća i
grožđa na temelju Zakona o službenoj statistici (NN, br. 103/03., 75/09.,
59/12. i 12/13. − pročišćeni tekst), Uredbe (EU) Europskog parlamenta
i Vijeća o statistici usjeva br. 543/2009 od 18. lipnja 2009. te delegirane
Uredbe Komisije (EU) br. 1557/2015 od 13. srpnja 2015. o izmjeni Uredbe
(EZ) br. 543/2009 o statistici usjeva od 18. lipnja 2009. Podaci su
prikupljeni Izvještajem o ostvarenim prirodima ranih usjeva i voća (PO-32),
Izvještajem o ostvarenim prirodima kasnih usjeva, voća i grožđa (PO-33) te
Izvještajem o prirodima južnog voća i maslina (PO-34).

The
Croatian Bureau of Statistics conducted surveys on the production of
vegetables, fruits and grapes on the basis of the Official Statistics Act
(NN, Nos 103/03, 75/09, 59/12 and 12/13 – consolidated text) and on the
basis of Regulation (EU) No. 543/2009 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 18 June 2009 concerning crop statistics and Commission Delegated
Regulation (EU) No. 1557/2015 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 13 July 2015 Amending Regulation (EU) No. 543/2009 concerning
crop statistics (18 June 2009). Data on production of vegetables, fruits
and grapes were collected through the Report on Actual Yield of Early Crops
and Fruits (PO-32 form), the Report on Actual Yield of Late Crops, Fruits
and Grapes (PO-33 form) and the Report on Yield of Citrus Fruits and Olives
(PO-34 form).

These reports collect data on harvested areas of
vegetables, fruits and grapes expressed in hectares, while the production
and yield per hectare are expressed in tonnes.

Podaci
su prikupljeni posebno za poslovne subjekte i njihove dijelove, a posebno
za obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva. Podaci za poslovne subjekte
prikupljaju na dva načina: izvještajnom metodom na obrascu i putem
internetske aplikacije.

These
data are collected separately for business entities and parts thereof and
for private family farms. Data on business entities are collected in two
ways: by using the reporting method on an appropriate form or via a
web-based application.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Podaci za
obiteljska poljoprivredna gospodarstva prikupljeni su s pomoću telefonske
ankete i osobnog intervjua uz pomoć prijenosnog računala na odabranome
stratificiranom uzorku. Uzorak za poljoprivredna gospodarstva izabran je iz
Statističkog registra poljoprivrednih gospodarstava.

Data
for private family farms were collected by using the telephone interview
method applied to a selected stratified sample. The sample for private
family farms was selected from the Statistical Register of Agricultural
Holdings.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Na veličinu uzorka
utjecala su odobrena sredstva u Državnom proračunu Republike Hrvatske za
2018. i udio poljoprivrednih gospodarstava po regijama.
|
|
The sample size was conditioned by the financial
means allocated from the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia for 2018
and the share of agricultural farms by regions.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Ovisno o istraživanju u uzorke je odabrano od 5 000 do 7 000
obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava. Uzorci su stratificirani
slučajni uzorci s obzirom na regiju u kojoj se obiteljsko poljoprivredno
gospodarstvo nalazi i s obzirom na veličinu površine pod usjevima.

The samples consisted of about 5
000 to 7 000 private family farms. It is a stratified random sample regarding
region in which the private family farm is located and regarding areas
under crops.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Svi ekspandirani
podaci uspoređeni su s podacima iz prethodnih godina te raspoloživim
administrativnim izvorima (Upisnik poljoprivrednih gospodarstava u Agenciji
za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju te drugi). Na
temelju svih raspoloživih podataka prema potrebi provedene su korekcije.

All expanded data were compared to data from previous
years and available administrative sources (the Farm Register of the Paying
Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development etc.). On the basis
of all available data, corrections were done if necessary.

in agricultural production but classified in other activities.

Povrtnjaci su površine
određene za uzgoj usjeva (pretežno povrća) namijenjenih za potrošnju
osobama koje žive u kućanstvu i uglavnom nisu namijenjeni za prodaju. Samo
povremeni višak proizvoda koji dolazi s tih površina prodaje se izvan
kućanstva.

Kitchen gardens are areas
scheduled for growing of crops (mostly vegetables) that are intended for
consumption by persons living in a household and that are mainly not
intended for sale. Only occasional surplus of products grown on these areas
is sold outside the household.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Intenzivni
voćnjaci
uređeni su s određenim razmakom redova stabala. U njima se može obavljati
mehanizirana obrada. U pravilu su to veći nasadi voćnih stabala (10 ara i
više) i bobičastog voća (bez jagoda) namijenjeni uzgoju voća za prodaju.

Intensive orchards are
cultivated with a specific distance between the trees in which mechanised
cultivation can be performed. As a rule, they are larger plantations of
fruit trees (of 10 or more ares) or berries (excluding strawberries)
intended for fruit growing for sale.

|
|
|
|
|
|
Extensive (traditional) orchards are
country semi-intensive or extensive plantations of fruit trees of
predominantly old sorts intended mostly for own consumption. Included are
trees in (mixed) orchards as well as trees in yards, on boundary lines, by
roads, etc.

|
|
|
|
|
The
total production is a so-called stored production obtained after the
harvest by deduction of all the losses before the harvest and during the
transport and combine harvesting etc.
