U ovom Priopćenju objavljuju se privremeni podaci vezani za strukturu voćnjaka za one vrste voća koje su veće od 0,2 ha površine po vrstama voća te pregled sorti važnijih vrsta voća.

 

This First Release presents provisional data related to the structure of orchards for the fruit species that exceed 0.2 ha areas by fruit species and review of varieties of some important fruit species.

 

 

 

U strukturi navedenih vrsta voća u 2017. najviše je nasada pod maslinama (73,1%), jabukama (19,4%) i mandarinama (7,5%).

 

In the structure of the aforementioned fruit species in 2017, the most plantations were cultivated by olives (73.1%), apples (19.4%) and mandarins (7.5%).

METODOLOŠKA OBJAŠNJENJA

Državni zavod za statistiku proveo je po treći put bazno istraživanje o strukturi voćnjaka. U skladu s Eurostatovom metodologijom bazno istraživanje obuhvatilo je nasade određenih vrsta voćaka (jabuke,  mandarine i masline) koje zauzimaju površine veće od 1 000 ha. Istraživanje se provodi svakih pet godina kako bi se ocijenio proizvodni potencijal intenzivnih voćnjaka s kojih se proizvodi voće pretežno za tržište. Stoga je ukupna istraživana površina manja od ukupne površine voćnjaka registrirane u redovitim godišnjim istraživanjima, s obzirom na to da su godišnjim statistikama obuhvaćene sve proizvodne površine.

 

The Croatian Bureau of Statistics conducted the basic survey on the structure of orchards for the third time. According to the Eurostat methodology, the basic survey covered plantations of certain species of fruit trees (apples, mandarins and olives) cultivated on areas that exceed 1 000 ha. The survey is conducted every five years in order to assess the production potential of intensive orchards in which fruits are produced mainly for the market. Therefore, the surveyed area is smaller than the overall area of orchards registered in the regular annual statistics, having in mind that the annual statistics include all production areas.

 

 

 

 

 

Metodologija za bazno istraživanje o strukturi voćnjaka temelji se na Uredbi (EU) br. 1337/2011 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća od 13. prosinca 2011. o europskoj statistici o trajnim nasadima i stavljanju izvan snage Uredbe Vijeća (EEZ) br. 357/79 i Direktive 2001/109/EZ Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća.

 

The methodology for the basic survey on orchards is based on the Regulation (EU) No 1337/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2011 concerning European statistics on permanent crops and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 357/79 and Directive 2001/109/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Baznim istraživanjem o strukturi voćnjaka prema Eurostatovoj metodologiji prikupljaju se podaci o površini intenzivnih voćnjaka za određene vrste voća.

 

Data on areas of intensive orchards under cultivation with certain species of fruits are collected, according to the Eurostat’s methodology, by the basic survey on orchard structure.

 

 

 

 

 

Podaci o površini intenzivnih voćnjaka prema vrstama voća preuzeti su od Agencije za plaćanja u poljoprivredi, ribarstvu i ruralnom razvoju u skladu s Pravilnikom o evidenciji uporabe poljoprivrednog zemljišta (NN, br. 149/11.).

 

Data on the area of intensive orchards by fruit species were taken over from the Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development in accordance with the Ordinance on Registration of the Agricultural Land Use (NN, No. 149/11).

 

 

 

 

 

Istraživanjem su obuhvaćena gospodarstva koja se koriste intenzivnim nasadom pojedine vrste voća od 0,2 ha i većim uz uvjet da je proizvedeno voće uglavnom namijenjeno tržištu.

 

The survey comprised agricultural holdings using 0.2 ha and more of intensive plantations of certain fruit species, provided that the fruit produced is entirely or mainly intended for the market.

 

 

 

 

 

Podaci o površinama voćnjaka odnose se na stanje 1. lipnja.

Voćnjaci su zemljišta zasađena voćnim stablima. Mogu biti čisti ili miješani nasadi. Baznim istraživanjem o strukturi voćnjaka obuhvaćene su površine pojedinih vrsta voća od 0,2 ha i veće, odnosno oni voćni nasadi čija je proizvodnja pretežno namijenjena prodaji.

 

Orchards are areas planted with fruit trees, which may be pure or mixed plantations. The basic survey on the structure of orchards covered the area of 0.2 ha of certain fruit species and larger, that is, fruit plantations whose production is mainly intended for sale.

 

 

 

 

 

Vrste voća jest skupina voćaka koje imaju zajednička obilježja i međusobno se razmnožavaju, razlikuju se po vremenu dozrijevanja, sastojcima, upotrebljivosti i trajnosti.

 

Species of fruit trees are groups of fruits with common characteristics that can interbreed. They differ in the time of ripening, ingredients, use and length of use.
