Ukupan broj ribara u morskom ribarstvu u 2018. u odnosu na 2017. veći je za 1,6%, dok je ukupan broj plovila veći za 0,2%.

 

A total number of fishermen engaged in maritime fishing increased in 2018 by 1.6% and the total number of vessels by 0.2%, as compared to 2017.

 

 

 

Ukupan ulov i uzgoj (proizvodnja) morske ribe i drugih morskih organizama u 2018. veći je u odnosu na godinu prije za oko 3 200 tona, odnosno 3,9%.

 

Total catches and production of sea fish and other sea organisms increased by approximately 3 200 tonnes, that is, by 3.9% in 2018, as compared to the previous year.

 

 

 

Količina plave ribe veća je za 2,6%, dok je količina ostale ribe povećana za 12,2% te ljuskavaca za 8,5%.

 

The quantity of pelagic fish increased by 2.6%, of other fish by 12.2% and of crustaceans by 8.5%.

 

 

 

Od ukupnog ulova plave ribe najveći udio odnosi se na ulov srdele (72,5%).

 

Out of the total number of pelagic fish catches, the largest share, 72.5%, was related to the catches of pilchard.

 

 

 

Ulov i uzgoj kamenica, ostalih mekušaca i školjkaša smanjen je za oko 330 tona (13,9%).

 

Catches and production of oysters, other molluscs and shellfish decreased by approximately 330 tonnes, that is, by 13.9%.

 

 

 

Ukupna proizvodnja slatkovodne ribe u 2018. smanjena je za oko 370 tona (11,4%).

 

Total production of freshwater fish decreased in 2018 by approximately 370 tonnes, that is, by 11.4%.

 

 

 

Proizvodnja konzumne ribe u šaranskim ribnjacima smanjena je za oko 350 tona (12,1%), a proizvodnja u pastrvskim ribnjacima za 26 tona (6,6%) u odnosu na prethodnu godinu. Od ukupno proizvedene slatkovodne ribe 67,5% odnosi se na proizvodnju šarana, a 12,8% na proizvodnju pastrve.

 

Production of consumer fish in carp fishponds decreased by approximately 350 tonnes (12.1%) and production in trout fishponds by 26 tonnes (6.6%) compared to the previous year. Out of the total freshwater fish produced, 67.5% was related to the production of carp and 12.8% to the production of trout.

 

 

 

Vrijednost ribarstva u 2018. u odnosu na 2017. porasla je za 16,5%. Na taj porast utjecao je rast vrijednosti morskog ribarstva (za 17,5%), kod kojeg je zabilježen porast prodanih količina (za 4,3%) i cijena (za 12,6%).

 

The total value of fishery in 2018 increased by 16.5% compared to 2017. This was due to an increase in the value of maritime fishing (17.5%), which included an increase in quantities sold (4.3%) and in prices (12.6%).

 

 

 

Vrijednost slatkovodnog ribarstva u 2018. u odnosu na 2017. pala je za 3,8%. Na taj pad utjecala je manja prodana količina (za 11,4%) iako su cijene slatkovodne ribe porasle (za 8,6%).

 

The total value of freshwater fishing in 2018 decreased by 3.8% compared to 2017. It was caused by a decrease in the total amount sold (11.4%), although the prices of freshwater fish increased (8.6%).

Izvor i metode prikupljanja podataka

 

Source and methods of data collection

 

 

 

Podaci o ulovu i uzgoju (proizvodnji) morske i slatkovodne ribe i drugih morskih organizama, podaci o ribarima, plovilima i njihovoj opremi te podaci o prodanim količinama i vrijednostima preuzeti su od Ministarstva poljoprivrede – Uprave ribarstva, u skladu sa Sporazumom o međusobnoj suradnji. Na taj način prate se kretanja osnovnih pokazatelja iz područja morskoga i slatkovodnog ribarstva te prikupljaju podaci o zaposlenom osoblju, osnovnim sredstvima potrebnima za obavljanje ribolova, plovnim sredstvima, ribarskoj opremi, površinama šaranskih i pastrvskih ribnjaka, ulovu i proizvodnji morske i slatkovodne ribe, ljuskavaca, kamenica, ostalih mekušaca i školjkaša i proizvodnji mlađi.

 

Data on catches and production of sea and freshwater fish and other sea organisms as well as the data on fishermen, vessels and equipment and the data on values and quantities of sold goods were taken over from the Directory of Fisheries of the Ministry of Agriculture, in line with the Co-operation Agreement, which enables the surveying of basic indicators in the area of freshwater and maritime fishing and the collection of data on personnel, basic fishing means, vessels, fishing equipment, surface areas of carp and trout fishponds, catches and production of sea and freshwater fish, crustaceans, oysters and other molluscs and shellfish and the production of milt.

 

 

 

Prikupljene podatke Uprava ribarstva obrađuje i prosljeđuje Državnom zavodu za statistiku prema unaprijed dogovorenom terminu i u obliku prilagođenom za daljnju obradu.

 

Collected data are processed in the Directory of Fisheries and forwarded to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics according to previously arranged deadlines and in the form suitable for the further processing.

 

 

 

Podaci iz područja ribarstva prikupljaju se na temelju Uredbe (EU) 2017/1004 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća od 17. svibnja 2017. o uspostavi okvira Unije za prikupljanje i upotrebu podataka u sektoru ribarstva te upravljanje njima i potporu za znanstveno savjetovanje u vezi sa zajedničkom ribarstvenom politikom, i o stavljanju izvan snage Uredbe Vijeća (EZ) br. 199/2008.

 

Data on fisheries are collected on the basis of the Regulation (EU) 2017/1004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2017 on the establishment of a Union framework for the collection, management and use of data in the fisheries sector and support for scientific advice regarding the common fisheries policy and repealing the Council Regulation (EC) No 199/2008.

Izvještajne jedinice jesu pravne osobe i dijelovi pravnih osoba te ribari obrtnici koji obavljaju gospodarski morski i slatkovodni ribolov, mali obalni morski ribolov ili se bave uzgojem (proizvodnjom) slatkovodne i morske ribe i drugih morskih organizama prema evidenciji Ministarstva poljoprivrede – Uprave ribarstva o izdanim povlasticama.

 

Reporting units are legal entities and parts thereof as well as individual fishermen who are engaged in commercial maritime and freshwater fishing, small coastal fishing or in the production of sea fish and other sea organisms according to the records of the Directory of Fisheries of the Ministry of Agriculture on issued licences.

 

 

 

S obzirom na to da je 2016. uveden transportni dokument koji propisuje bilježenje količina morskih organizama po vrsti, od 2016. u evidenciju ulova nije dopušteno upisivati miješanu sitnu plavu ribu. Zbog toga je znatno smanjeno evidentiranje ulova miješane sitne plave ribe u odnosu na prethodna razdoblja, a isti ulov evidentiran je po vrstama.

 

Due to the fact that a transportation document, which prescribes recording of quantities of sea organisms by species, was introduced in 2016, mixed small pelagic fish has not been allowed to be recorded in records of catches since that same year. This resulted in significant decrease in recording of mixed small pelagic fish catches compared to previous periods, but these catches were recorded by species.

 

 

 

Podaci proizvodnje mlađi za 2018. prikupljali su se u skladu s Pravilnikom o prikupljanju statističkih podataka o akvakulturi (NN, br. 13/2019.) i izraženi su u broju komada te stoga nisu usporedivi s podacima prethodnih godina. U skladu s istim Pravilnikom, podaci o količini utrošene hrane i gnojiva u ribnjacima više se ne prikupljaju.

 

Data on the production of milt for 2018 were collected in line with the Ordinance on statistical data collection on aquaculture (NN, No. 13/19) and expressed in the number of pieces, which is why they are not comparable to data from previous years. Pursuant to the same Ordinance, data on the quantities of food and fertilizers consumed in fishponds have no longer been collected.

Gospodarski ribolov jest djelatnost ulova morske i slatkovodne ribe i drugih morskih organizama radi stjecanja dobiti.

 

Commercial fishing is an activity of catches of sea fish and other sea organisms for making profit.

 

 

 

Brod je plovni objekt čija je duljina veća od 12 m i veličina plovila veća od 15 BT.

 

Ship is a vessel that has the length of 12 m and more and weight of 15 GT and more.

 

 

 

Ribarski brod jest brod namijenjen i opremljen za ulov ribe ili drugih živih bića u moru ili na morskom dnu.

 

Fishing boat is intended and equipped for catching fish and other organisms in the sea or on the seabed.

 

 

 

Brodica je plovni objekt koji nije brod, namijenjen i opremljen za ulov ribe ili drugih živih bića u moru ili na morskom dnu (Pomorski zakonik; NN, br. 118/04.).

 

Boat is a vessel that is not a vessel intended for catching of fish or other living creatures in the sea or on its bottom, the Maritime Code (NN, No. 118/04).

 

 

 

Prema Zakonu o morskom ribarstvu (NN, br. 62/2017.) i pripadajućim podzakonskim propisima, najzvažnije skupine ribolovnih alata su povlačne mreže (koće), okružujuće mreže (plivarice), obalne mreže potegače i mreže stajaćice (jednostruke i trostruke).

 

According to the Act on Maritime Fishing (NN, No. 62/17) and related legislature, the most important groups of fishing gears are trawl nets, purse seine nets, drift nets and (single and triple) gillnets.

 

 

 

Povlačnim mrežama (koćama) pripadaju pridnena povlačna mreža (koća), pelagijska povlačna mreža (koća), obalna povlačna mreža (koćica), dredže (kunjkare i ramponi).

 

Trawl nets are benthic trawl net, pelagic trawl net, coastal trawl net, dredges for Noah’s ark and dredges.

 

 

 

Okružujućim mrežama (plivaricama) pripadaju plivarica za malu plavu ribu, plivarica za veliku plavu ribu (tunolovka), plivarica za ciple (ciplara), plivarica za igle (plivarica igličara) i plivarica za gavune olige (plivarica oližnica).
