U ovom
Priopćenju prikazane su emisije stakleničkih plinova i onečišćujućih tvari
za Republiku Hrvatsku u razdoblju od 2013. do 2017.

This
First Release presents the emissions of greenhouse gases and emission of
air pollutants for the period from 2013 to 2017 for the Republic of
Croatia.
|
|
|
|
Neznatno
su se povećale ukupno ispuštene emisije stakleničkih plinova u zrak u 2017.
u odnosu na 2016. Većina onećiščujućih tvari bilježi neznatan pad u
2017. u odnosu na 2016. osim NH3, koji bilježi neznatan rast.
|
|
A
slight increase was recorded in total greenhouse gas emissions into the air
in 2017 compared to 2016. Most air pollutants recorded a slight decrease in
2017 compared to 2016 except for NH3, which recorded a slight
increase.

U 2017.
najveće količine ispuštenih stakleničkih plinova bile su emisije CO2
(bez emisija iz biomase kao goriva), 18 716,77 tisuća t (Gg)
CH4, 164 330,05
t (Mg), HFC 488 706,41 t (Mg)
u CO2-ekvivalentu.
Od svih onečišćujućih tvari u 2017. CO bilježi najveću emisiju,
196 584,33 t (Mg).

In
2017, the highest greenhouse gas emissions were CO2 emissions
(excluding biomass emissions as fuel) 18 716.77 thousand t (Gg),
CH4 164 330.05 t (Mg) and HFC 488 706.41 t (Mg) in CO2
equivalent. Out of all pollutants in 2017, CO recorded the highest
emissions,
196 584.33 t (Mg).

Fluktuacije
emisija u zrak proizlaze iz uključivanja novih izvora podataka te
detaljnijih podataka za već postojeće proračune koji kao posljedicu imaju
veću točnost izračuna.
|
|
Air
emission fluctuations stem from the inclusion of new data sources and more
detailed data for already existing budgets, resulting in better accuracy of
calculations.

Izvori
podataka za račune emisija u zrak jesu proračuni Državnog zavoda za
statistiku i Ministarstva zaštite okoliša i energetike na temelju poslovnih
evidencija pravnih osoba iz svih područja NKD-a 2007.

The
data source for air emissions accounts are the calculations of the Croatian
Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Environment and Energy on the
basis of business records of legal entities from all NKD 2007. sections.
|

|
|
Računi
emisija u zrak jedan su od nekoliko fizičkih modula Eurostatova programa
europskih ekonomskih računa okoliša. Obuhvaćeni su Uredbom (EU) br.
691/2011 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća od 6. srpnja 2011. o europskim
ekonomskim računima okoliša.

The air
emissions accounts are one of several physical modules of Eurostat’s
programme of environmental economic accounts. They are covered by the Regulation (EU) No 691/2011 of the European Parliament
and of the Council of 6 July 2011 on European environmental economic
accounts.

Eurostatovim
ekonomskim računima okoliša prikupljaju se i prikazuju podaci o fizičkim
tijekovima plinovitih tvari ili čestica ("emisije u zrak"). Njima
se prikupljaju emisije u zrak u nacionalnom gospodarstvu prema raščlambi
ekonomskih djelatnosti kod kojih dolazi do tih emisija (proizvodne
djelatnosti poslovnih subjekata i privatnih kućanstava) na način opisan u
Europskom sustavu nacionalnih računa (ESA).

Eurostat’s
Air Emissions Accounts collect and present data on physical flows of
gaseous or particulate materials ("air emission"). They collect
air emissions in the national economy according to the classification of
economic activities in which these air emissions occur (production
activities of business entities and activities of private households), as
explained in the European System of National Accounts (ESA).

U ovom
izračunu emisije PFC su 0 jer prema dostavljenim podacima u navedenim
godinama nema upotrebe PFC plinova za aktivnosti koje su definirane u IPCC
Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories iz 2006.
|

In this
calculation, PFC emissions are 0 due to the fact that in the aforementioned
years, according to submitted data, no PFC gas uses were recorded in
activities defined in 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas
Inventories.

u zrak
jest fizički tijek plinovitih tvari ili čestica iz gospodarstva (procesa
proizvodnje ili potrošnje) koje onećišćuju atmosferu. Emisije u zrak
obuhvaćaju emisije stakleničkih plinova CO2, N2O,
CH4, HFC, PFC i SF6 te emisije onečišćivača
zraka NOx, SO2, NH3, NMHOS, CO, PM2,5,
i PM10.

Air
emission is a physical flow
of gaseous or particulate materials from economy (production or consumption
processes) that pollute the atmosphere. Air emissions include emissions of
greenhouse gases CO2, N2O, CH4, HFC, PFC
and SF6 as well as emissions of air pollutants NOx, SO2,
NH3, NMVOC, CO, PM2.5 and PM10.
