GODIŠNJI BRUTO DOMAĆI PROIZVOD ZA RAZDOBLJE 1995. − 2017., REVIDIRANI PODACI

ANNUAL GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT, 1995 − 2017, REVISED DATA

U ovom Priopćenju objavljuje se revidirana vremenska serija podataka o bruto domaćem proizvodu (BDP) i temeljnim agregatima nacionalnih računa prema Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti 2007. (NKD 2007.) i prema kategorijama izdataka prema metodologiji Europskog sustava nacionalnih i regionalnih računa (ESA 2010).	This First Release presents a revised time series of data on gross domestic product (GDP) and main aggregates of national accounts according to the National Classification of Activities, 2007 version (NKD 2007.) as well as by major categories of expenditure according to the methodology of the European System of National and Regional Accounts (ESA 2010).
U Priopćenju su prikazani podaci za razdoblje 2010. – 2018. U tablicama priloženima u Excel-formatu nalazi se serija podataka za razdoblje 1995. – 2017. Podaci su dostupni u tekućim cijenama, stalnim cijenama prethodne godine te u stalnim cijenama referentne godine (2015. = 100).	The First Release presents data for the period from 2010 to 2018. The attached Excel tables present data series for the period from 1995 to 2017. The data are available at current prices, at constant prices of the previous year and at constant prices of the reference year (2015 = 100).
Utjecaj ove statističke revizije na razinu BDP-a u nominalnim vrijednostima kreće se u rasponu od -0,5% do +0,2% u cijelom razdoblju od 1995. do 2017. i čini u prosjeku pad od 0,04% BDP-a.	The impact of this statistical revision on the GDP level in nominal terms ranges from -0.5% to +0.2% throughout the whole period from 1995 to 2017 and represents an average decline of 0.04% of GDP.
Ovom revizijom realne stope rasta nisu se znatnije promijenile.	This revision did not significantly affect real growth rates.
BDP s rashodne strane korigiran je u skladu s ukupnom korekcijom BDP-a s proizvodne strane.	GDP by expenditure approach is revised according to the GDP by production approach.

Elementi revizije rezultat su ESA 2010 ciklusa provjere kvalitete podataka nacionalnih računa koju je Eurostat proveo tijekom 2016. – 2019.	The elements of revision are the result of the ESA 2010 data verification cycle conducted by Eurostat during 2016 – 2019.
Revizija obuhvaća sljedeće elemente metodoloških poboljšanja: poboljšanja u  obračunu i raspodjeli usluga financijskog posredovanja indirektno mjerenih (UFPIM-a) i usluga osiguranja, poboljšanja u obračunu imputirane stambene rente, korekcije na kategorijama bruto vrijednosti proizvodnje, međufazne potrošnje i dodane vrijednosti zbog dvostrukog bilježenja proizvodnje u djelatnosti poljoprivrede, uključivanje neprikupljenog poreza na dodanu vrijednost zbog insolventnosti i bankrota poduzeća, poboljšanja u izračunu neobuhvaćenog dijela ekonomije, isključivanje iz međufazne potrošnje troškova od najma zemljišta i plaćenih tantijema za iskorištavanje nafte i plina i drugih prirodnih dobara.	The revision includes the following elements of methodological improvements: improvements in the calculation and allocation of financial intermediation services indirectly measured (FISIM) and insurance services, improvements in the calculation of imputed dwelling rents, correction of the categories of gross output, intermediate consumption and value added due to a double recording of the production in agriculture activity, the inclusion of the non-collected value added tax due to the business insolvency and bankruptcy, improvements in the calculation of the non-observed economy, as well as the exclusion of the land rental costs and paid royalties for the exploitation of oil, gas and other natural resources from intermediate consumption.
U skladu s revidiranom statistikom odnosa s inozemstvom i novim izračunom pokazatelja turističkih prihoda u platnoj bilanci provedena je revizija obračuna izvoza usluga i izdataka za konačnu potrošnju kućanstava. U obračun uvoza roba uključena je vrijednost uvoza rabljenih auta iz EU-a od strane fizičkih osoba.	In accordance with the revised external statistics and the new calculation of the indicators of tourism revenues in the balance of payments, a revision of the calculation of export of services and household final consumption expenditure has been conducted. The value of the import of used vehicles from the EU by natural persons has been included in the calculation of the import of goods.
Provedena je podjela subvencija na proizvode i ostale subvencije na proizvodnju za razdoblje 1995. – 1999. Revizija također uključuje metodološka poboljšanja u izračunu subvencija: iz subvencija su isključene boravišne pristojbe i subvencije brodogradilištima. Subvencije brodogradilištima bilježe se kao investicijske potpore od 2013. Provedena je revizija poreza od 2015. prelaskom na novi izvor podataka te korekcija knjiženja godišnjih naknada za ceste za razdoblje 2002. – 2009.	Subsidies have been broken down into subsidies on products and other subsidies on production for the period from 1995 to 1999. The revision also includes methodological improvements in the calculation of subsidies: subsidies exclude sojourn tax and subsidies to shipyards. Subsidies to shipyards have been recorded as investment grants since 2013. A revision of taxes has been conducted since 2015 by switching to the new data source and the correction of the recording of annual Levy on public roads for the period from 2002 to 2009.
U obuhvat opće države, uključena su brojna javna poduzeća koja su pala test tržišnosti u dvije uzastopne godine, kao i poduzeća koja su na temelju kvalitativnih kriterija uključena u sektor države. To među ostalim uključuje sve turističke zajednice, lučke uprave i većinu regionalnih razvojnih agencija.	The general government coverage includes numerous public enterprises that have not passed the market/non-market test for two consecutive years, as well as enterprises included in the government sector based on qualitative criteria. Among others, this also includes all tourist boards, port authorities and majority of regional development agencies.
U skladu s ažuriranjem Poslovnoga statističkog registra, u ovoj reviziji provedeno je ažuriranje djelatnosti NKD-a.	In accordance with the updating of the Statistical Business Register, the updating of the NKD activities has also been conducted as part of the subject revision.
Bruto domaći proizvod za 2017. − godišnji obračun	Gross domestic product for 2017 – annual calculation
Bruto domaći proizvod realno je veći za 3,1% u 2017. u odnosu na  2016. Bruto dodana vrijednost realno je veća za 2,6% u 2017. u odnosu na 2016.	Gross domestic product increased in 2017 by 3.1% in real terms, as compared to 2016. Gross value added increased in 2017 by 2.6% in real terms, as compared to 2016.
Na realni rast bruto domaćeg proizvoda najviše je utjecao rast bruto dodane vrijednosti u Trgovini na veliko i na malo; popravak motornih vozila i motocikala te Djelatnosti smještaja, pripreme i usluživanje hrane.	The increase in the gross domestic product in real terms was mainly influenced by an increase in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles as well as in Accommodation and food service activities.
Na realni rast bruto domaćeg proizvoda s rashodne strane najviše je utjecao rast bruto investicija te rast izdataka za konačnu potrošnje kućanstva. Doprinos neto inozemne potražnje bio je negativan.	The increae in the gross domestic product in real terms form the expenditure side was mainly influenced by increase in gross fixed captal formation and increase in expenditure in Final consumption expenditure of household. The contribution of the net foreign demand was negative.
Državni zavod za statistiku objavit će 29. studenoga 2019. revidirane podatke tromjesečnog BDP-a i metodološka objašnjenja u Excel-formatu u Statistici u nizu. U tablicama će biti prikazani podaci za razdoblje od prvog tromjesečja 2000. do. trećeg tromjesečja 2019. Podaci za tromjesečja 2000. − 2017. usklađeni su s konačnim godišnjim obračunom, dok su podaci za tromjesečja 2018. privremeni i dobiveni na temelju preliminarnoga tromjesečnog obračuna.	The Croatian Bureau of Statistics will publish the revised quarterly GDP data and the Notes on Methodology in Excel tables in the Statistics in Line on 29 November 2019. These tables will include data for the period from the first quarter of 2000 to the third quarter of 2019. Data for all quarters for the period from 2000 to 2017 have been adjusted to the annual GDP calculation, while data for all quarters of 2018 are provisional and calculated according to the preliminary quarterly calculation.
