Zbog primjene metode namjernog uzorka, promjena vezanih za izbor elemenata osnovnog skupa za uzorak i revizije obrasca, spomenutih u Metodološkim objašnjenjima, podaci od 2014. nisu potpuno usporedivi s podacima za prethodne godine. Ti podaci u odnosu na prethodne godine mogu služiti za sagledavanje trenda te za određene analitičke svrhe.

 

Due to the fact that the method of the judgemental sample was introduced as well as to the changes regarding the selection of elements of the basic sample set and revision of the form, which are mentioned in the Notes on Methodology, the data since 2014 have not entirely been comparable to those for the previous years. These data may be used to gain an overview of the trend and for certain analytical purposes in relation to the previous years.

 

 

 

Odnos pojedinih vrijednosti kategorija prema prethodnoj godini 2017. i pojedini udjeli upućuju na sljedeći trend:

 

The relation of some values of categories in relation to the previous year (2017) and some shares show the following trend:

 

 

 

Vrijednost istraživanjem obuhvaćenog dijela bruto investicija u novu i rabljenu dugotrajnu imovinu u 2018. pokazuje nominalni pozitivan trend od 4,01%. Nominalni pozitivan trend bruto investicija u novu dugotrajnu imovinu iznosi 6,79%.

 

The value of gross investment in new and existing fixed assets included in this survey shows a nominal growth trend of 4.01% in 2018. The nominal growth trend of gross investment in new fixed assets amounted to 6.79%.

 

 

 

Najveći udio u financiranju/stjecanju investicija u dugotrajnu imovinu imaju vlastita sredstva i zajednička ulaganja, 52,68%.

 

Own financial and joint assets had the highest share in the financing/acquisition of investment in fixed assets, 52.68%.

 

 

 

Prema djelatnosti investitora, najveći udio u bruto investicijama u novu i rabljenu dugotrajnu imovinu imaju područja C Prerađivačka industrija, 16,23%, i O Javna uprava i obrana; obvezno socijalno osiguranje, 12,95%, dok se prema skupinama vrsta imovine najveći dio ovih investicija, 45,56%, odnosi na građevinske objekte, prostore i građevine. Od ukupnih investicija, 91,13% jesu investicije u novu dugotrajnu imovinu.

 

According to investors’ activities, the sections C Manufacturing, with 16.23%, and O Public administration and defence; compulsory social security, with 12.95%, comprised the largest share in gross investment in new and existing fixed assets, while, according to the types of assets, the largest share of that investment, 45.56%, referred to Buildings, spaces and structures. Out of the total investment, 91.13% was investment in new fixed assets.

 

 

 

Prema djelatnosti namjene investicija, s najvećim udjelom u bruto investicijama u novu dugotrajnu imovinu sudjeluju ova područja: C Prerađivačka industrija, 14,56%, I Djelatnosti pružanja smještaja te pripreme i usluživanja hrane, 10,03%, i F Građevinarstvo, 8,63%.

 

According to the activity of the intended purpose of investment, the sections C Manufacturing, with 14.56%, I Accommodation and food service activities, with 10.03%, and F Construction, with 8.63%, comprised the largest share of gross investment in new fixed assets.

Izvor podataka o bruto investicijama jesu namjernim uzorkom prikupljeni i obrađeni podaci statističkog istraživanja Godišnji izvještaj o investicijama u dugotrajnu imovinu pravnih osoba (obrazac INV-P) za 2018.

 

The source of data on gross investment are data from the statistical survey entitled Annual Report on Gross Investment in Fixed Assets of Legal Entities (INV-P form) for 2018, collected and processed using the judgemental sample method.

 

 

 

Grupiranje podataka istraživanja provodi se prema dva načela:

 

The grouping of the survey data is done according to two principles:

organizacijskom načelu – prema sjedištu i glavnoj djelatnosti investitora

Organisational principle – by the location and main activity of the investor

načelu čiste djelatnosti i teritorija – prema lokaciji i djelatnosti namjene investicijskog objekta.

Kind-of-activity and territory principle – by the location and investment purpose activity.

 

 

 

Podaci su obrađeni prema Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji djelatnosti 2007. (NKD-u 2007.), na razini Republike Hrvatske i županija prema teritorijalnom ustroju koji je bio na snazi 31. prosinca izvještajne godine.

 

The data are analysed according to the National Classification of Activities, 2007 version (NKD 2007.) at the level of the Republic of Croatia and counties by the territorial constitution in effect since 31 December of the reporting year.

Izvještajne jedinice jesu, za izvještajnu godinu, namjernim uzorkom izabrane pravne osobe u zemlji.

 

The reporting units for the reference year are selected legal entities in the country selected by using the judgemental sample method.

neprofitne organizacije – veći investitori.

Non-profit organisations – major investors.

 

 

 

Polazni podaci za formiranje uzorka jesu prikupljeni i obrađeni podaci godišnjih, polugodišnjih i tromjesečnih financijskih izvještaja preuzeti od Financijske agencije (Fine).

 

Source data for the sample formation are the collected and processed data from the annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial reports taken over from the Financial Agency (Fina).

 

 

 

U odnosu na prethodne godine, obrazac je od 2014. revidiran i djelomično promijenjen zbog usklađivanja s revidiranim međunarodnim statističkim standardima i metodologijama, Europskim sustavom nacionalnih računa 2010. i UN-ovim Sustavom nacionalnih računa 2008. (European System of Accounts ESA 2010, System of National Accounts SNA 2008).

 

In relation to the previous years, the 2014 form was revised and partially adjusted in line with the revised international statistical standards and methodologies, the European System of Accounts (ESA 2010) and the UN’s System of National Accounts (SNA 2008).

 

 

 

Zbog primjene metode namjernog uzorka, promjena vezanih za izbor elemenata osnovnog skupa za uzorak i revizije obrasca podaci od 2014. nisu potpuno usporedivi s podacima za prethodne godine.

 

Due to the fact that the method of the judgemental sample was introduced, as well as to the changes regarding the selection of elements of the basic sample set and revision of the form, the data since 2014 have not entirely been comparable with data for the previous years.

 

 

 

Podaci prikupljeni ovim istraživanjem prije svega služe kao jedna od ulaznih baza podataka za obračun kategorija ukupnih bruto investicija u fiksni kapital i regionalnih investicija i ne mogu se izravno koristiti za izračune udjela ukupnih bruto investicija u fiksni kapital i/ili sličnih udjela u odnosu na BDP i/ili druge makroekonomske kategorije ni kao ukupni podatak o bruto investicijama u fiksni kapital. Ovi podaci mogu služiti samo za određene analitičke svrhe i za sagledavanje trenda u odnosu na prethodne godine.

 

The data collected in this survey are primarily used as one of the input databases for calculating the categories of total gross fixed capital formation and regional investment and cannot be directly used for the calculation of the shares of total gross fixed capital formation and/or similar shares in relation to the GDP and/or other macroeconomic categories nor as the total data on gross fixed capital formation. These data can only be used for specific analytical purposes and for an overview of the current trend in relation to the previous years.

Izvori financiranja/stjecanja investicija u dugotrajnu imovinu obuhvaćaju sve iznose za investicije u novu i rabljenu dugotrajnu imovinu, za izvještajnu godinu, odnosno načine stjecanja dugotrajne imovine bez obzira na to jesu li isplate izvršene ili nisu. Obuhvaćena su vlastita sredstva i zajednička ulaganja domaćih i inozemnih suinvestitora, financijski krediti i financijski najam – leasing, sredstva dobivena iz programa i fondova Europske unije, proračunska sredstva i sredstva ostvarena prema posebnim propisima i svi ostali izvori (imovina stečena bez naknade, kapitalni transferi u naturi, interna realizacija, izvršeni radovi u vlastitoj režiji i sl.).

 

Sources of financing/acquisition of investment in fixed assets include all amounts for investment in new and existing fixed assets for the reporting year, that is, the means of acquiring fixed assets regardless of whether they have been paid for or not. Own financial and joint assets of foreign and international co-investors, financial credits and financial leasing, funds granted through EU programmes and funds, budgetary assets and assets realised according to special regulations, as well as assets from other sources (assets acquired without compensation, capital transfers in kind, fixed assets produced and retained for producer's own use, works done for own account and similar) are included.

 

 

 

Bruto investicije u novu i rabljenu dugotrajnu imovinu odnose se na ukupno ostvarene investicije u dugotrajnu materijalnu i nematerijalnu imovinu domaćega i inozemnog podrijetla, dugotrajnu imovinu u vlasništvu i nabavljenu pod uvjetima financijskog leasinga. Ostvarene investicije jesu u tijeku izvještajne godine izvršene izgradnje i nabave imovine bez obzira na to jesu li završene i plaćene. Podaci su raščlanjeni prema glavnoj djelatnosti investitora i osnovnim skupinama vrsta imovine (tablica 3.) te prema djelatnosti kojoj su investicije namijenjene (tablica 5.).

 

Gross investment in new and existing fixed assets refers to the total realised investment in tangible and intangible fixed assets of domestic or international origin as well as fixed assets owned and acquired under financial leasing conditions. Realised investment is construction works and asset acquisitions done during the reporting year, regardless of whether they were completed and paid for or not. The data are divided according to investors’ main activity and the basic categories of types of assets (table 3.), as well as according to the activity for which the investment is intended (table 5.).

 

 

 

Bruto investicije u novu dugotrajnu imovinu dio su ostvarenih investicija i odnose se na izgradnju i nabave nove domaće i uvozne dugotrajne imovine, znatnija poboljšanja postojeće dugotrajne imovine te u izvještajnoj godini uvezene rabljene dugotrajne imovine, koja se tretira kao nova jer utječe na porast nacionalnog bogatstva zemlje.  Podaci su raščlanjeni prema glavnoj djelatnosti investitora i prema osnovnim skupinama vrsta imovine.

 

Gross investment in new fixed assets is a part of realised investment and refers to the construction and acquiring of domestic and foreign fixed assets, significant improvements of existing fixed assets and used fixed assets imported during the reporting year, which are treated as new because they increase the national wealth of the country. The data are divided according to the investors’ main activity and according to the basic types of assets.

Pod stavkom neraspoređeno (po županijama) prikazan je dio investicija koje nije bilo moguće razvrstati na nižoj teritorijalnoj razini od razine Republike Hrvatske (npr. dio ulaganja u željezničke pruge, ceste, električne vodove, kabele, naftovode, plinovode i sl.).

 

Under the category Not classified (by counties), a part of the investment that was not possible to classify at the level of territorial constitution lower than the level of the Republic of Croatia was presented (for example, investment in the railway, roads, powerlines, electric cables, oil pipeline, gas pipeline, and similar).
