|
Indeksi
proizvođačkih cijena na domaćemu, nedomaćemu i ukupnom tržištu prezentiraju
se nacionalno na međugodišnjoj i međumjesečnoj lančanoj osnovi te na
stalnoj bazi 2015. = 100 radi usklađivanja s Uredbom Vijeća (EZ) o
kratkoročnim statistikama (short-term statistics) br. 1165/98 te
njezinim izmjenama i dopunama. U spomenutoj uredbi EU-a propisana je
primjena bazne godine 2015., koja je obvezatna za države članice pri
objavljivanju i diseminaciji mjesečnih indeksa proizvođačkih cijena
industrije od indeksa za siječanj 2018., a dotad je bazna godina bila 2010.

Industrial
producer price indices on the domestic, non-domestic and total market are
presented on an interannual chain and on a month-on-month basis as well as
on the fixed base year 2015 = 100 due to the harmonisation with the Council
Regulation (EC) No. 1165/98 concerning short-term statistics and its
amendments. The aforementioned EU regulation prescribes the implementation
of the base year 2015, which has been compulsory for all Member States
while publishing and disseminating industrial producer price indices,
starting with the indices for January 2018. Before this change, the base
year 2010 was in use.

usklađeni s onima kojima se služi i propisuje EU. Tako je izraz ''indeks

''indeks outputa industrije'', a izraz ''proizvođačke cijene industrije''

industrije", ako nije specificirano, podrazumijeva se ''ukupni indeks
proizvođačkih cijena industrije'' (na domaćemu i nedomaćem tržištu).

to the EU terminology, the term “industrial producer price index” is also
known as the “industrial output index” and the term “industrial producer
prices” should be considered its synonym. If not specified, the term
“industrial producer price index” denotes the “total industrial producer
price index” (on the domestic and the non-domestic market).

Ukupni
indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije sadržava dva
podindeksa, tj. indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu i
indeks proizvođačkih cijena industrije na nedomaćem tržištu. Kombinacija
podindeksa za ta dva tržišta daje promjene u indeksu proizvođačkih cijena
industrije za dane proizvode/usluge, dok agregacija daje odjeljke proizvoda
iste djelatnosti.

industrial producer price index is composed of
two sub-indices, that is, the industrial producer price index on the
domestic market and the industrial producer price index on the non-domestic
market. The combination of sub-indices for these two markets provides the
changes in given products/services, while their aggregation provides the
divisions of products and activities.

ciklusa koji pokazuje mjesečnu promjenu proizvođačkih cijena industrijskih
proizvoda industrijskog sektora (područja B, C, D i E (samo odjeljak 36)
prema NKD-u 2007.) ukupno, na domaćemu iIi nedomaćem tržištu. Prema
konceptu EU-a važan je poslovni pokazatelj kojim se promatraju cijene na
različitim stupnjevima proizvodnog procesa, sredstvo je za razlikovanje
efektivnog rasta neke djelatnosti pri promjeni cijena i osigurava
informacije poslovnim subjektima po tržištima koja ih zanimaju. Također
može nagovijestiti inflatorna kretanja prije nego što dođu do potrošača.

The
industrial producer price index is an important short-term indicator of the
business cycle that shows monthly price changes in the total industrial
sector (the NKD 2007. sections B, C, D and E – only division 36) on the
domestic and the non-domestic market. According to the EU concept, it is an
important business indicator that permits monthly monitoring of prices at
different stages of the manufacturing process. It is also used for
distinguishing effective growth of an activity due to price changes and
provides information to the business community on particular markets of
their interest. It can also indicate inflationary changes before they reach
consumers.

Mjesečnim istraživanjem o proizvođačkim cijenama industrije (IND-3/KPS/M)

Monthly Survey on Industrial Producer Prices (IND-3/KPS/M form) for 2020.

Mjesečno
istraživanje o proizvođačkim cijenama industrije (IND-3/KPS/M) za 2020.
provodi neposredno Državni zavod za statistiku na temelju Zakona o
službenoj statistici (NN, br. 25/20.). Metoda prikupljanja podataka jest
internetska aplikacija (metoda CAWI). Izvještajne jedinice neposredno
pristupaju toj aplikaciji i ispunjavaju svoje podatke na temelju uputa za
ispunjavanje.

Monthly Survey on Industrial Producer Prices (IND-3/KPS/M form) in 2020 is
carried out directly by the Croatian Bureau of Statistics on the basis of
the Official Statistics Act (NN, No. 25/20). The internet application (CAWI
method) is used in data collection. The reporting units directly access
this application and enter their data on the basis of the instructions
given.

i definicije koji se primjenjuju u istraživanju IND-3/KPS/M usklađeni su s
konceptima i definicijama iz Metodologije za kratkoročne poslovne

Uredbe Komisije (EZ) br. 1503/2006 o definicijama varijabla, popisu
varijabla i učestalosti prikupljanja podataka.

prikupljanje proizvođačkih cijena na domaćemu i nedomaćem tržištu u
istraživanju IND-3/KPS/M za 2020. obuhvaćen je reprezentativan uzorak
industrijskih proizvoda na razini pokrivenih razreda djelatnosti NKD-a
2007., odnosno svi proizvodi koji su zabilježili prodaju veću od 20
milijuna kuna na domaćem tržištu, a 15 milijuna kuna na nedomaćem
tržištu prema rezultatima PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj
proizvodnji (IND-21/PRODCOM/G) za 2018. Odabir poduzeća izvršen je prema
njihovu udjelu u proizvodnji obuhvaćenih proizvoda, posebno za domaće i
nedomaće tržište.

order to collect data on industrial producer prices on the domestic and the
non-domestic market, the IND-3/KPS/M Survey for 2020 covers a
representative sample of industrial products at the level of covered
activity classes of the NKD 2007., that is, all products exceeding 20
million kuna on the domestic market and 15 million kuna on the
non-domestic market according to the results of the PRODCOM Survey on
Industrial Production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G form) for 2018, while the selection
of enterprises has been done according to their share in the production of
selected products, separately for the domestic and the non-domestic market.

uzorak istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M za 2020. za proizvođačke cijene
industrije na domaćem tržištu obuhvaćeno je 2 087 cijena artikala
unutar izabranih proizvoda NIP-a 2018. u 1 206 poduzeća (pravnih osoba
i obrtnika), a za proizvođačke cijene industrije na nedomaćem tržištu
obuhvaćeno je 1 269 cijena artikala unutar izabranih proizvoda NIP-a
2018. u 741 poduzeću (pravnim osobama i obrtnicima). U listopadu 2020.
stopa odgovora iznosila je 96,1%, a stopa procijenjenih obrazaca 3,9%.

monitoring the industrial producer prices on the domestic market,
the sample for the IND-3/KPS/M Survey for 2020 covers 2 087 item
prices within the selected NIP 2018. products in 1 206 enterprises
(legal entities and tradesmen), while for monitoring industrial producer
prices on the non-domestic market, it covers 1 269 item prices
within the selected NIP 2018. products in 741 enterprises (legal entities
and tradesmen). In October 2020, the response rate was 96.1%, while the

industrial producer prices are recorded as transaction prices in effect on
the 15th day of the month indicated. The prices at which a
producer sells products at the domestic and/or the non-domestic market in
the largest quantities to known buyer are recorded.

Proizvođačke
cijene industrije na domaćem tržištu jesu cijene po
kojima proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode na domaćem tržištu u najvećim
količinama, franko utovareno u vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača ili
cijena po kojoj proizvođač obračunava drugom poduzeću. U prodajnu cijenu
ulazi naknada koju ostvaruje prodavač, a odbijaju se rabat i popust koji
prodavač odobri kupcu te porez na dodanu vrijednost i trošarine.

producer prices on the domestic market are either the
prices at which a producer sells products on the domestic market in the
largest quantities, loaded free on a rail (truck) at a factory gate at the
location of the producer or the price charged to another company by the
producer. The selling price is increased for the amount of the compensation
obtained by the seller and deducted for the amount of the discount and
rebate as well as the value added tax and excises.

Proizvođačke
cijene industrije na nedomaćem tržištu jesu cijene po
kojima proizvođač prodaje svoje proizvode na domaćem tržištu u najvećim
količinama na nacionalnoj granici, fob (franko brod). U prodajnu cijenu
ulazi regres koji ostvaruje prodavač, a odbijaju se rabat i popust koji
prodavač odobri kupcu te porez na dodanu vrijednost i trošarine.
Izvještajne jedinice daju cijene u nacionalnoj valuti (kuna i lipa). Cijene
koje su u stranoj valuti preračunavaju se u nacionalnu valutu na temelju
srednjeg tečaja Hrvatske narodne banke na 15. dan izvještajnog mjeseca.

producer prices on the non-domestic market are
prices at which a producer sells products on the domestic market (outside
Croatia) in the largest quantities at the national border, FOB (free on
board). The selling price is increased for the amount of the compensation
obtained by the seller and deducted for the amount of the discount and
rebate as well as the value added tax and excises. The reporting units
present prices in the national currency – kuna and lipa. The prices
expressed in a foreign currency are converted into the national currency on
the basis of the mean exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the 15th
day of the reference month.
