Proizvođačke
cijene građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu u prosincu 2020. u usporedbi
sa studenim 2020. zadržale su stabilnost, a u odnosu na prosinac 2019. više
su za 0,3%.

Producer
prices of building material on the domestic market in December 2020, as
compared to November 2020, remained stable. As compared to December 2019,
they increased by 0.3%.
|

|
|
|
Ako
usporedimo proizvođačke cijene građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu u
prosincu 2020. s prosjekom 2015., tada su više za 4,6%.

|
Comparison
of producer prices of building material on the domestic market shows that
they increased by 4.6% in December 2020, as compared to the 2015 average.

U
ovom Priopćenju svi indeksi prikazani su u izvornome (neprilagođenom) obliku,
a izračunani su na temelju podataka prikupljenih Mjesečnim istraživanjem o
proizvođačkim cijenama industrije za 2020. (obrazac IND-3/KPS/M), koje
služi za obračunavanje indeksa proizvođačkih cijena industrije ukupno i
njegovih dvaju podindeksa – indeksa cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu i
indeksa cijena industrije na nedomaćem tržištu.

In
this First Release, all indices are presented in gross (unadjusted) form.
They were calculated on the basis of data collected through the Monthly
Survey on Industrial Producer Prices (IND-3/KPS/M form) for 2020, which is
used for the calculation of the total industrial producer price index and
of its two sub-indices – the industrial price index on the domestic market
and on the non-domestic market.

indeksa proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu objavljen u
Priopćenju 2.1.1. za 2020. Stoga su svi koncepti i definicije u ovom
Priopćenju potpuno usklađeni s onima koji se upotrebljavaju za indeks
proizvođačkih cijena industrije na domaćem tržištu.

The
producer building material price index on the domestic market is a subset
of the industrial producer price indices on the domestic market issued in
the First Release 2.1.1. for 2020. That is why all concepts and definitions
in this First Release are completely harmonised with those used for the
industrial producer price index on the domestic market.

Indeks
proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu važan je
kratkoročni pokazatelj poslovnog ciklusa koji pokazuje mjesečnu dinamiku
promjena proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu.
Prema konceptu EU-a taj pokazatelj može nagovijestiti inflatorna kretanja
prije nego što dođu do potrošača.

producer building material price index on the domestic market is an
important short-term indicator of a business cycle that shows monthly
changes in the producer prices of building material on the domestic market.
According to the EU concept, this indicator may indicate inflationary
changes before it reaches a consumer.

Indeksom
proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala na domaćem tržištu mjere se
promjene u razini proizvođačkih cijena građevnog materijala koji je
proizveden i prodan na domaćemu (hrvatskom) tržištu.

building material price index on the domestic market measures the changes
of the producer prices of building material produced and sold by producers
on the domestic (Croatian) market.

Indeks
cijena građevnog materijala nije indeks cijena ukupnih građevinskih radova
jer njime nisu obuhvaćene cijene opreme, mehanizacije i rada te drugi
elementi iz strukture cijena građevinskih radova.

building material price index does not represent the price index of the
total construction works, because it does not include the prices of
equipment, machinery, labour and other elements from the price structure of
construction works.

jedinice istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M jesu izabrana poduzeća (pravne osobe i
obrtnici) koja proizvode izabrane industrijske proizvode definirane
Nomenklaturom industrijskih proizvoda (NIP 2018.) iz područja djelatnosti
NKD-a 2007. (NN, br. 25/20.) B Rudarstvo i vađenje, C Prerađivačka
industrija, D Opskrba električnom energijom, plinom, parom i klimatizacija
i E Opskrba vodom; uklanjanje otpadnih voda, gospodarenje otpadom te
djelatnosti sanacije okoliša (samo odjeljak 36).

reporting units included in the IND-3/KPS/M survey are
selected enterprises (legal entities and tradesmen) that produce selected
products as defined in the Nomenclature of Industrial Products (NIP 2018.),
classified in the NKD 2007. (NN, No. 25/20) activity sections B Mining and
quarrying, C Manufacturing, D Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning
supply and E Water supply; sewerage, waste management and remediation
activities (only division 36).

Za
prikupljanje proizvođačkih cijena na domaćemu i nedomaćem tržištu
istraživanjem IND-3/KPS/M za 2020. obuhvaćen je reprezentativan uzorak
industrijskih proizvoda na razini pokrivenih razreda djelatnosti NKD-a
2007., odnosno svi proizvodi koji su zabilježili prodaju veću od 20
milijuna kuna na domaćem tržištu, a 15 milijuna kuna na nedomaćem
tržištu prema rezultatima PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj proizvodnji
(obrazac IND-21/PRODCOM/G) za 2018. Odabir poduzeća izvršen je prema
njihovu udjelu u proizvodnji obuhvaćenih proizvoda, posebno za domaće i
nedomaće tržište.

order to collect the data on the industrial producer prices on the domestic
and non-domestic market, the IND-3/KPS/M survey for 2020 covers a
representative sample of industrial products at the level of covered
activity classes of the NKD 2007., that is, all products the sale of which
generated more than 20 million kuna on the domestic market and
15 million kuna on the non-domestic market according to the results of
the PRODCOM Survey on Industrial Production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G form) for
2018, while the selection of enterprises has been done according to their
share in the production of selected products, separately for the domestic
and non-domestic market.

reprezentanata za građevni materijal u sklopu odabranih industrijskih
proizvoda i artikala za prikupljanje proizvođačkih cijena industrije na
domaćem tržištu.

producer price index of the building material on the domestic market is
calculated on the basis of a special list of products and clearly defined
items – representatives for the building material within the selected
industrial products and items used in the collection of the industrial
producer prices on the domestic market.

Uzorkom
istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M za 2020. za proizvođačke cijene industrije na
domaćem tržištu obuhvaćeno je 2 087 cijena artikala
unutar izabranih proizvoda NIP-a 2018. u 1 206 poduzeća (pravnih
osoba i obrtnika). Za proizvođačke cijene građevnog materijala u
2020. izabran je podskup koji čini 281 reprezentativna cijena artikala
unutar 23 odabrana razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. koji proizvode građevni
materijal.

the purpose of monitoring the industrial producer prices on the domestic
market, the sample for the IND-3/KPS/M Survey for 2020 covers 2 087
item prices within the selected NIP 2018. products in 1 206
enterprises (legal entities and tradesmen). For the producer building
material prices in 2020, a subset of 281 representative item prices
within the selected 23 activity classes of the NKD 2007. engaged in the
production of the building material was created.

jedinice istraživanja IND-3/KPS/M mjesečno dostavljaju podatke o
proizvođačkim cijenama prodanoga/naručenoga građevnog materijala na domaćem
tržištu, tj. u Republici Hrvatskoj. Građevni materijali koji se nisu
prodali na domaćem tržištu ili koji se ne proizvode u Republici Hrvatskoj
nisu uključeni u obračunavanje indeksa proizvođačkih cijena građevnog
materijala u ovom Priopćenju.

The
reporting units of the IND-3/KPS/M Survey submit
data on the producer prices of sold/ordered building material on the
domestic market, that is, in the Republic of Croatia, on a monthly basis.
The building material that was not sold/ordered on the domestic market or
that was not manufactured in the Republic of Croatia is not included in the
calculation of the producer building material price index in this First
Release.

of the month indicated. The prices at which a producer sells the
self-produced building material on the domestic market to regular buyers on
the domestic market are recorded.

franko utovareno u vagon (kamion) u mjestu proizvođača ili cijene po kojima
proizvođač obračunava drugim proizvođačima.

quantities, loaded free on rail (truck) at a factory gate at a location of
a producer, or the prices charged to another company by a producer.

pokazatelja.

producer building material price index is calculated on the basis of the
selected producer prices of industrial products for construction (the list
of representative items) defined according to the NIP 2018. within selected
industrial activity classes of the NKD 2007. for the purposes of the
indicator calculated.

izračun indeksa cijena građevnog materijala prema kriteriju obuhvata ulaze
23 industrijska razreda djelatnosti NKD-a 2007. i 281 reprezentativan,
jasno specificiran artikl građevnih materijala unutar izabranih proizvoda
NIP-a 2018. za upotrebu u građevinarstvu.

The
building material price index calculation, according to the coverage
criteria, includes 23 industrial activity classes of the NKD 2007. and 281 representative,
clearly specified items of the building material within the selected NIP
2018. products for construction purposes.

Pri
izračunavanju indeksa cijena građevnog materijala primjenjuje se
ponderacijska metoda u kojoj su ponderi izračunani iz strukture ukupne
prodaje izabranih proizvoda (udjelima pojedinih proizvoda) na domaćem
tržištu iz rezultata PRODCOM istraživanja o industrijskoj proizvodnji
(IND-21/PRODCOM/G). U 2020. izračunana je nova struktura prema rezultatima
istraživanja PRODCOM za 2018.

This
index is calculated by using the weighting method in which the weights were
calculated on the basis of the structure of the total sales of selected
products (the share of individual products) on the domestic market, according
to the PRODCOM Survey on Industrial Production (IND-21/PRODCOM/G form)
results. In 2020, a new structure was calculated according to the PRODCOM
Survey results for 2018.
