U 2019. izdane su 9 932 građevinske dozvole, što je za 5,6% više nego u 2018.		There were 9 932 building permits issued in 2019, which was 5.6% more than in 2018.
Za izdane građevinske dozvole u 2019. predviđena je vrijednost radova u iznosu od 36 915 621 tisuće kuna, što je za 29,9% više nego u 2018.		The planned value of works for the building permits issued in 2019 amounted to 36 915 621 thousand kuna, which was 29.9% more than in 2018.
Prema izdanim građevinskim dozvolama u 2019., predviđeno je građenje 15 370 stanova, što je za 31,1% više nego u 2018.		According to the permits issued in 2019, there are 15 370 dwellings planned to be built, which is 31.1% more than in 2018.
U 2019.:		In 2019:
-	prema vrstama građevina, 82,5% dozvola izdano je za zgrade, a 17,5% za ostale građevine	-	by types of constructions, 82.5% of permits were issued on buildings and 17.5% on civil engineering works
-	prema vrstama građenja, 73,7% dozvola izdano je za novogradnju, a 26,3% za rekonstrukcije.	-	by types of works, 73.7% of permits were issued on new constructions and 26.3% on reconstructions.

Izvori i metode prikupljanja podataka		Sources and methods of data collection
U ovom Priopćenju iskazani su podaci prikupljeni izvještajnom metodom s pomoću obrasca Mjesečni izvještaj o izdanim građevinskim dozvolama (obrazac GRAĐ-44a).		This First Release presents data collected by using the reporting method on the Monthly Report on Issued Building Permits (GRAĐ-44a form).
Obuhvat i usporedivost		Coverage and comparability
Mjesečni izvještaj o izdanim građevinskim dozvolama prikuplja se od upravnih tijela velikih gradova, Grada Zagreba i županija, nadležnih za upravne poslove graditeljstva i Ministarstva graditeljstva i prostornog uređenja, koja izdaju građevinske dozvole za građevine predviđene Zakonom o gradnji (NN, br. 153/13., 20/17. i 39/19.).		The Monthly Report on Issued Building Permits is collected from the administration bodies competent for construction affairs in major cities, the City of Zagreb and counties as well as from the Ministry of Construction and Physical Planning, which issue building permits for constructions as specified in the Building Act (NN, Nos 153/13, 20/17 and 39/19).
Podaci o vrstama građevina i radova razvrstani su prema Nacionalnoj klasifikaciji vrsta građevina – NKVG-u (Metodološke upute br. 41, ISBN 953-6667-33-9, Državni zavod za statistiku, 2002.). Ta klasifikacija usklađena je s klasifikacijom koju propisuje Statistički ured Europske unije (Classification of Types of Constructions – CC, final version).		Data on types of constructions and works are classified according to the National Classification of Types of Constructions – NKVG (Methodologies No. 41, ISBN 953-6667-33-9, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics, 2002). This Classification is harmonised with the classification prescribed by the Statistical Office of the European Communities (Classification of Types of Construction − CC, final version).

Građevine su objekti povezani s tlom, za koje se obavljaju građevinski radovi, načinjeni od građevnih materijala i gotovih proizvoda za ugradnju.		Constructions are structures connected with the ground, for which construction works are carried out and which are made of construction materials and ready-made components.
Zgrade su stalne građevine koje imaju krovište i vanjske zidove, sagrađene su kao samostalne uporabne cjeline koje pružaju zaštitu od vremenskih i drugih vanjskih utjecaja, a namijenjene su stanovanju, obavljanju neke djelatnosti ili smještaju i čuvanju životinja, robe, opreme za različite proizvodne i uslužne djelatnosti itd.		Buildings are permanent constructions covered with roof and closed with outer walls. They are built as separate useful units that protect from weather and other external conditions, intended for dwelling, for performing a certain activity or for placing and up-keeping of animals, goods, equipment used in various industrial activities and services etc.
U ovom istraživanju zgradama se smatraju i građevine koje imaju krov, ali nemaju (sve) zidove, npr. nadstrešnice te građevine koje su pretežno ili potpuno smještene ispod površine zemlje, npr. skloništa, podzemne garaže, prodavaonice i drugi poslovni prostori (npr. u pothodnicima) i sl.		In this survey, buildings are also constructions covered with roof but without (some of the) walls, e.g., porches and underground constructions, such as underground shelters, underground garages, underground shopping centres and other business spaces (e.g. in subways) etc.
Stambene zgrade jesu građevine u kojima je 50% ili više ukupne korisne podne površine zgrade namijenjeno za stambene svrhe.		Residential buildings are constructions in which 50% or more of the useful floor area is intended for dwelling purposes.
Nestambene zgrade jesu građevine koje nemaju stambene površine ili je manje od 50% ukupne korisne podne površine zgrade namijenjeno za stambene svrhe.		Non-residential buildings are constructions without dwelling area, in which less than 50% of the total useful floor area is used for dwelling purposes.
površina zgrade jest zbroj površina svih etaža u zgradi koje su obuhvaćene vanjskim zidovima.		Floor area of a building is a sum total of areas of all floors of the building placed inside the outer walls.
Korisna površina stana jest podna površina stana mjerena unutar zidova stana.		Useful floor area of a dwelling is a floor area of the dwelling, measured inside the walls of the dwelling.
Volumen zgrade jest zbroj volumena svih natkrivenih dijelova zgrade uključujući vanjske zidove.		Volume of building is the sum total of volumes of all roofed -over spaces of the building, including outer walls.
Ostale građevine jesu sve građevine koje nisu zgrade, npr. ceste, pruge, cjevovodi, mostovi, brane, sportski tereni itd.		Civil engineering works are all constructions not classified under buildings, for example roads, railways, pipelines, bridges, dams, constructions intended for sports and recreation etc.
Novogradnja je gradnja nove građevine na mjestu na kojem prije nije bilo nikakve građevine ili je postojala, ali je uklonjena.		New construction is a structure newly built on a location where no structure existed or on a location previously cleared by demolition.
rekonstrukcije su građevinski radovi kojima se utječe na bitna svojstva postojećih građevina, npr. dogradnja i nadogradnja, prenamjena i drugi radovi kojima se bitno poboljšava uporabna vrijednost građevine (npr. kapacitet, kakvoća, funkcija) i/ili kojima se produžuje ili barem obnavlja njezino trajanje.		Reconstructions are construction works that effect main characteristics of already existing constructions, for example, additions and extensions, conversions and other works, which may significantly improve the occupancy value of a construction (for example capacity, quality, function) and/or prolong or at least restore its duration.
Vrijednost radova određuje se prema troškovniku koji prilaže investitor. Osnova je za izračunavanje pristojbe za izdavanje građevinske dozvole.		Value of works is defined according to the bill of costs submitted by an investor. It is used for defining a tax paid for issuing of building permit.
