GODIŠNJI OTKUP I PRODAJA POLJOPRIVREDNIH PROIZVODA U 2021.

ANNUAL PURCHASE AND SALE OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS, 2021

Vrijednost otkupa i prodaje poljoprivrednih proizvoda u 2021. iznosila je 9 231,5 milijuna kuna. Od toga je vrijednost prodaje iz vlastite proizvodnje poslovnih subjekata iznosila 5 291,5 milijuna kuna ili 57,3%, dok je vrijednost otkupa od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava iznosila 3 939,9 milijuna kuna ili 42,7%.	The total purchase and sale value of agricultural products in 2021 amounted to 9 231.5 million kuna. Out of that, the sale from own production of business entities amounted to 5 291.5 million kuna (57.3%), while the purchase from private family farms amounted to 3 939.9 million kuna (42.7%).
U usporedbi s 2020., vrijednost otkupa i prodaje poljoprivrednih proizvoda porasla je za 17,2%, pri čemu je vrijednost prodaje iz vlastite proizvodnje poslovnih subjekata porasla za 12,8%, dok je vrijednost otkupa od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava porasla za 23,5%.	Compared to 2020, the purchase and sale value of agricultural products increased by 17.2%, out of which the value of sale from own production of business entities increased by 12.8%, whereas the value of purchase from private family farms increased by 23.5%.
Na porast ukupne vrijednosti otkupa i prodaje na godišnjoj razini utjecali su biljni i stočni proizvodi, što je uglavnom prouzročeno povećanim cijenama biljnih proizvoda i povećanim količinama otkupljenih i prodanih stočnih proizvoda.	The increase in the total value of purchase and sale at the annual level was affected by crop and animal products, which was caused mostly by increased prices of crop products and by increased quantities of sold and purchased animal products.
Među biljnim proizvodima najveći udio u strukturi vrijednosti otkupa i prodaje u 2021. imaju skupine žitarice, 47,2%, uljarice, 23,3%, vino, 10,4%, i povrće, 5,4%. U svim spomenutim skupinama proizvoda ostvaren je porast vrijednosti. U skupinama žitarica, uljarica i povrća porast je prouzročen povećanim otkupnim i prodajnim cijenama, dok je u skupini vina podjednak utjecaj količina i cijena.	The groups of crop products that had the highest shares in the value of sold and purchased products in 2021 were cereals, 47.2%, oilseeds, 23.3%, wine, 10.4%, and fresh vegetables, 5.4%. The value increased in all of the mentioend groups of products. The increase in cereals, oilseeds and fresh vegetables was caused by increased purchase and sale prices, while the increase in the wine group was equally affected by quantities and prices.
U strukturi vrijednosti stočarstva najveći udio čini kravlje mlijeko, 27,2%, goveda, 25,4%, i svinje, 23,7%. U svim spomenutim skupinama proizvoda ostvaren je porast vrijednosti. U skupinama kravljeg mlijeka i svinja porast je prouzročen povećanim otkupljenim i prodanim količinama, dok su na porast vrijednosti u skupini goveda podjednako utjecale veće količine te otkupne i prodajne cijene.	The highest shares in the value structure of animal production were accounted for by cows’ milk, 27.2%, cattle, 25.4% and pigs, 23.7%. The increase in the value was recorded in all of the mentioned groups of products. The increase in groups of cows’ milk and pigs was affected by increased purchase and sale quantities, while the increase in the cattle group was equally caused by greater quantities and purchase and sale prices.

Izvor i metode prikupljanja podataka	Source and methods of data collection
Prodaja i otkup poljoprivrednih proizvoda prate se tromjesečno na obrascima PO-31a/Q i PO-31b/Q.	The data on the sale and purchase of agricultural products are collected on a quarterly basis through the PO-31a/Q and PO-31b/Q forms.
Izvještajne jedinice za koje se podnose tromjesečni izvještaji o prodaji i otkupu poljoprivrednih proizvoda (PO-31a/Q i PO-31b/Q) jesu pravne osobe i njihovi dijelovi te obrtnici razvrstani u područje A Poljoprivreda, šumarstvo i ribarstvo – odjeljak 01 (osim skupine 01.7 Lov, stupičarenje i uslužne djelatnosti povezane s njima) i ostale pravne osobe i obrtnici koji proizvode ili otkupljuju poljoprivredne proizvode te su razvrstani u druge djelatnosti prema NKD-u 2007.	The reporting units for which quarterly reports on the sale and purchase of agricultural products are submitted (PO-31a/Q and PO-31b/Q forms), are legal entities and parts thereof and tradesmen classified into section A Agriculture, forestry and fishing – division 01 (except for group 01.7 Hunting, trapping and related service activities) as well as other legal entities and tradesmen engaged in the processing and purchasing of agricultural products, classified in other activities according to the NKD 2007.
Izvještajni obrazac sadržajno je usklađen s Priručnikom statistike poljoprivrednih cijena EU-a (Handbook for EU Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008).	Regarding its contents, the questionnaire has been harmonised with the Handbook for EU Agricultural Price Statistics, 2008.
Podaci za šumarstvo i ribarstvo preuzimaju se iz administrativnih izvora i objavljuju se na godišnjoj razini prema Kalendaru objavljivanja statističkih podataka u baznim Priopćenjima iz područja statistike šumarstva i ribarstva.	Forestry and fishing data are taken over from administrative sources and published at the annual level according to the Calendar of Statistical Data Issues in basic First Releases concerning forestry and fishing statistics.
Obuhvat	Coverage
Obuhvat za prodaju i otkup poljoprivrednih proizvoda je selektivan.    Uključene su pravne osobe s 10 i više zaposlenih te obrtnici s 5 i više zaposlenih.	The coverage for the sale and purchase of agricultural products is selective. It includes legal entities employing 10 or more persons and tradesmen employing 5 or more persons.
Obrazac PO-31a/Q istražuje prodaju poljoprivrednih proizvoda iz vlastite proizvodnje pravnih osoba i njihovih dijelova te obrtnika.	The PO-31a/Q form explores the sale of agricultural products from own production of legal entities and parts thereof as well as tradesmen.
Obrazac PO-31b/Q istražuje otkup poljoprivrednih proizvoda od obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava radi daljnje prodaje ili prerade.	The PO-31b/Q form explores the purchase of agricultural products from family farms aimed at further sale or processing.
Svrha istraživanja jest prikupljanje podataka o prosječnim proizvođačkim cijenama poljoprivrednih proizvoda. Napominjemo da zbog selektivnog obuhvata dobiveni podaci ne čine ukupan otkup i prodaju na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske.	The purpose of the survey is collecting data on average producer prices of agricultural products. It should be noted that, due to the selective coverage, the obtained data do not represent the total purchase and sale on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
Izvještajni obrazac sadržava količine, vrijednosti i prosječne cijene.	The questionnaire contains quantities, values and average prices.
Obrasci PO-31a/Q i PO-31b/Q obuhvaćaju 144 proizvoda iz biljne i stočne proizvodnje.	The PO-31a/Q and PO-31b/Q forms cover 144 products of crop and animal production.
Definicije	Definitions
Prosječne proizvođačke cijene jesu cijene u koje su uključeni porezi (osim PDV-a), a subvencije su isključene.	Average producer prices are those including taxes (excluding VAT), while subsidies are excluded.
Bilje ponajprije za uporabu u parfumeriji i farmaciji i slične svrhe; uključuje kamilicu, lavandu i ostalo bilje za uporabu u parfumeriji i farmaciji.	Plants predominantly for use in perfumery and pharmacy and similar purposes include chamomile, lavender and other plants for use in perfumery and pharmacy.
Uljano sjemenje obuhvaća soju, uljanu repicu i suncokret.	Oil seeds include soya beans, rapeseed and sunflower.
Sadni materijal obuhvaća voćne sadnice, cjepove vinove loze i sadnice bobičastog voća.	Planting material includes fruit seedlings, vine and berry seedlings.
Podaci za vino i maslinovo ulje odnose se samo na proizvode dobivene od grožđa i maslina iz vlastite proizvodnje.	The data on wine and olive oil cover only the products made from grapes and olives from own production.
Cijena soje uključuje i soju namijenjenu za sjemensku proizvodnju.	The price of soya beans also includes soya beans intended for seed production.

Podaci za konje, magarce, mule i mazge odnose se na konje za klanje.		The data on horses, donkeys, mules and hinnies refer to horses for slaughter.
Ostale uzgojene životinje, žive, odnose se na kuniće.		Other bred animals, live, refer to rabbits.
Proizvod od uzgojenih životinja odnosi se na prirodni med.		Other bred animals’ product refers to natural honey.
U ovom Priopćenju objavljuju se podaci istraživanja koje je provedeno uz financijsku pomoć Europske unije.
