Observation:

Data relating to the period before 1 January 2023 have been converted into euros based on aggregate data (1 euro = 7.53450 kuna).
Data for 2023 have been estimated on the basis of the Census of Population, Households and Dwellings in the Republic of Croatia in 2021 (Census 2021), while previously released data were estimated on the basis of the Census 2011 data. This caused a break in time series of data and, consequently, data for 2023 are not comparable to data for previous years.
The group Hotels and similar accommodation includes hotels, heritage hotels, all-suite hotels, diffuse hotels, integral hotels, spa-type hotels, special-standard hotels, tourist resorts, tourist apartments, motels, boarding houses, spa-type accommodation and guest houses.
The group Camping sites and camping grounds includes camping sites, glamping, small camps, quickstop camping and camping grounds outside camping sites.
The group Rooms, apartments and summer houses includes rooms, apartments, studio-type suites and summer houses in which accommodation services are rendered by hotel and restaurant entrepreneurs (legal entities or natural persons), and accommodation in households and on private family farms.
The group Other rented accommodation includes Robinson-type accommodation establishments in which accommodation services are rendered by hotel and restaurant entrepreneurs (legal entities or natural persons), households and private family farms.
The group Own summer house, apartment or holiday flat/cottage or second home includes every building or apartment that is used seasonally or occasionally, but which is not an accommodation establishment in which accommodation services are rendered by legal entities and natural persons engaged in the hotel and restaurant activity.
